At the beginning of the month, so it's time to give me a list of the books I've read in the past, giving them some small marks.
The main idea of this article is to give you some recommendations about books I read.

1. B. Akunin "Lucius Katin's Adventures and Reflections".
Evaluation: 4
Limitations: No.
Genre: history, essays.
Traditionally, after the next issue of "History of the Russian State", namely "The Age of the Queens" Grigory Shavlovich published an art book on the era. And, unfortunately, despite many positive moments (and there are elements of early Acunisty), the book was not very pleased. Politics is one of the most important cracks in the history of the book, but what is worse, it is an attempt to pull up the modern realities within the framework of history. And the point is not only in this series. Even in it, there are very cool books - the same "Widow's Plateau", but this book turned out to be a medium one... I have already said many times and not two times that I respect the political views of Grigory Shalvovich, but I will not separate them. But he is absorbed by them completely, and the main thing that leaves his books is wisdom, interesting nontrivial look, the brightness of heroes. There is only one politician left.
Conclusion: I did not like it very much.
2. Anton Chizh - "Camouflette"
Evaluation: 5
Limitations: No.
Genre: Detective
And another series of novels about Vanzarov. I read with great pleasure and interest. And each new work is even better than the previous one. Some books are more successful, some less. I am especially glad that all of them are in St. Petersburg and in the district - in Pavlovsk, Sestroretsk, Pavlovsk. Interesting. I suggest you read it. Just take anybody and read them. And not necessarily in order. And if you like it - read everything. I think you won't regret it :-)))
Conclusion: A great writer - I liked it very much.
3. Hidden evidence - a collection of stories Chizh, Lyubenko, Sytin and others
Evaluation: 5
Limitations: No.
Genre: Detective
It's a good collection to read. You can choose a writer
Conclusion: interesting detectives are small in the old days
4. I. Lubenko - "Fatal Party"
Evaluation: 3
Limitations: No.
Genre: Detective
That's how it didn't work out. It's just that maybe not my hero Ardashev, maybe the plot is not so interesting. Or I didn't like the language. In principle, I don't even know - maybe I'll try to read another book, or maybe not. In general, it's not mine yet.
Conclusion: I didn't really get over it.
5. Sh. Kaziev, I. Karpeev. "Daily life of the North Caucasian highlanders".
Evaluation: 5
Limitations: No.
Genre: history, nations, geography
A very good book to get acquainted with the culture and life of the peoples of the North Caucasus. Interesting, multifaceted, with respect. You could have written a little differently, but in general, very much in a decent way.
Conclusion: a good book
6. O. Smyslov - "Great Victory Awards"
Evaluation: 4
Limitations: No.
Genre: Phaleristics
Nothing new on the whole, just a regular book, which is a lot. But it is written in an accessible and decent way.
Conclusion: it is quite possible
7. V. Kvaridi, O. Konarzhevsky "Russian Imperial and Royal Orders"
Evaluation: 5
Limitations: No.
Genre: Philistinetics
Nice classic book on the subject. Very good descriptions. I love such classics.
Conclusion: for fans of the topic.
8. S. Chennyk. "Awards of the heroes of the Crimean War".
Evaluation: 4
Limitations: No.
Genre: History, Folly
Quite worthy. But, once again - for fans of the topic.
Conclusion: if the topic is interesting
9. E Pierre, A.L. Pham, M. Danturk "BeerGraphics".
Evaluation: 4
Limitations: No.
Genre: graphics, drinks, beer
Available, figurative, understandable, interesting. I recommend browsing the wave :-)
Conclusion: Normal
10. A. Chaplygin "Linear cruiser "Hood". The face of the British Navy"
Evaluation: 5
Limitations: No.
Genre: History, Navy, World War II
As always in this series - a great and interesting book about one of the most beautiful and elegant ships of the era. Very good even.
Conclusion: Curious for all fans of fleet history
