It is believed that there are universal methods of time management, self-discipline, personal effectiveness, which should help everyone.

But, considering that each person is completely individual, has different settings, experiences, goals, internal resources, and so on, he must develop a system of planning himself, personally for himself.

Trying different options, testing and listening to himself. Knowing his weaknesses, the strengths that take energy, that gives, restore. When and how it works better. What you need for a happy life every day. To assemble your own system as a designer - from different existing developments in the world. And also to finish the work to perfection. Focusing on your feelings now, at the moment. And on the expectations from itself and life in the future. And for me, too, the word "optimization of the day, life" means just studying yourself, different tests, and harmonization of your day.

If we talk about my daily routine, then by means of testing for several years, now the following has been developed.

Ideally - to get up at 5 a.m., to work till 1 p.m. on something most important, then the strong time ends - it is necessary to have a rest for 1-2 hours, to do the charging, and then to continue already in a sluggish mode something not urgent not important, or the block of training. It is very important to have at least an hour or two clean on yourself every day, to exclude everything that eats energy and working condition.

In terms of nutrition up to 70% of raw food, a lot of mono simplified. In the morning there is nothing heavy to eat - just cocoa, tea, fruit, nuts.

I have a detailed decomposition of the projects - I know how I would like to spend more time, how much less time, when and which ones I need to develop to about what point.

And so on. In many ways, I already live like this, because I have been working on the "perfect day" for a long time. But I still want to add, cut off and improve a lot.

The main thing is to have a clear understanding

There is also an established system of organizing plans. Although it has been changing lately as well - something is leaving, something new is appearing. It is always a flexible process. All the more so because any tools have a tendency to "soften up".

In general, if you try to apply other people's recipes of time management and happiness that do not want to get used to, it is just worthwhile to study yourself, test the next one, come up with your own, build everything from other people's systems that respond and works.

One of the most difficult moments - is to let go of the guilt in front of yourself that you are slowing down, while others are introducing these effective and fashionable methods. You fight, you do not get used to it, you are uncomfortable and unpleasant to do it, but still, trying to do like everything to achieve the same thing as everything else.

It is difficult to trust yourself, to hear yourself, to accept your own speed of movement, your own pace of awareness and development. Accept them as they are.

But the most effective way is to calmly state and accept that your speed is several times less than the examples shouting from social networks every day. That you have such drawbacks, or that you are in an energy pit and apathy, but these successful people from Instagram are supposedly not, so what the hell with them.

Remove from social networks all those who irritate with their glossy lives.

Accept the fact that if you go your own way, which is traced inside you, then, until you reach the end, it will take another 10-20 years.

Score at everybody, at everything, at social standards, and at your own guilt. To learn to hear yourself constantly, to recognize yourself, to develop. And respect yourself for all this.
To work on your life as it is, in the conditions in which you are now, with the appearance that was given. There will be no other starting conditions. And then there is a lot in your hands.

To be yourself, to live in harmony, not in conflict with your desires and values is freedom.

Where do I start?

You can start by freeriding, by compiling lists:

1. What I love, what fills me, what gives me energy, which makes me happy

2. What I don't like to do, what I'm exhausted, what I don't like at all, what I regularly make myself do and whether I should continue

3. What I'd like to have every day of my life

4. What time I would like to get up, how to spend the morning, what I need to change to make it work

5. What I would like to change in my day, which strains me every day, pulls the leash, does not let me stand aside and do something else that I want to do. How can this be weakened or removed

6. What I don't have enough to be happy about right now

7. How I see my life in 3 years, 5 years, 10, 20 years

8. What are the habits of the person I want to become, what is their life

9. A letter to myself from the future, when I am 80 years old

10. What are the main habits I want to introduce in the near future? Which one I can allocate for the next month, how can I start it today or tomorrow?

And so on. Such letters have already been moved away. But the main thing is new actions, new habits, which are behind new thoughts.
