Typology of chronotypes from the book by Michael Breus "Always on time" - helped me better understand why I want to get up very early, that mine - it's exactly 4-5 in the morning, try to come to this again and protect the early rises and early going to bed.
Having understood that you, speaking the language of typologies, are introverted, it is easier to live, protecting your personal time, knowing how much time you need for recovery. You just start to listen to yourself, specifying whether you are a good fit for this or that type of person, or whether you are an average person. And thus you better understand what your behavior gives you strength and what it takes away.
For example, I've been working from home for 14 years, have almost no meetings at work and I have taboos on Skype voice and phone calls. It gives me the opportunity to do a lot of things and not to feel like a lemon at the end of the day, gives me strength and satisfaction. I do not have apathy and laziness, because I do not exhaust myself daily with the energy of others, because when I have time to work I see the fruits of my work. Therefore, I cultivate and protect this moment. Meeting with friends and new acquaintances I also dose so that they were only for pleasure.
It is also worth understanding that frustration in a separate resource gives exactly this "I do not need", "not mine", "do not want". That is, "not mine" may seem simply an unconnected, the unrolled sphere of life. It is necessary to understand these moments, to accept and consciously work with them.
Frustration in the resource image can be covered by psycho-protection "it's just me introvert, but so - everything is fine with me, I'm good, I even like the fact that I do not go anywhere, that I am paid little attention. Only if you have a good image, you easily communicate, like yourself, but you need more time alone with yourself - then it's definitely a normal introvert.
And if everything is bad with the image - then it's rather a matter of frustration if you pump up the image, then communication and meetings will be more enjoyable. It is all according to the theories of Evolution, the primary sources by reference above.
Or somewhere it may seem that your character trait - straightforwardness and honesty, and you have few friends because there are few brave people to say what you think in life, like you. In fact, it's the bug of the upstart (Evolution has a great article on this topic called "The Leading Bug"). Psycho-protections can cover up a lot of things and pass them off as something else, turn them upside down.
Or understanding their most frequent "crowns" (psycho-defense), bugs of communication changes life very much. Although bugs are quite universal in most people, there are also presenters, expressed most strongly.
Such understandings make it possible to introduce automation, relying on some already working moments. Of course, we need to rely simply on ourselves, not on astrology and typology. And if you start to explore another person with passion, it can make you a serious step forward. This is the external locus of control, and the bug of the Trap (by Evolution) - things that lead to distortions and problems in life.
But, as I see it, when there are time-tested schemes that work exactly for you, and you are close to them, you can rely on these sections to spend less effort on making similar decisions each time on the same subject.
How can all this be applied?
At some point, I finally realized that I don't owe anybody anything. That I can significantly relieve myself.
I don't have to stick the lemon and water that all fashionable food bloggers and health courses talk about if I don't like it, but it's worth considering how I can drink more clean water (try different water, new beautiful glass, and a carafe).
There's no point in listening to music, reading books that are considered fashionable, popular, but they don't suit me. But it is possible to search for more qualitatively for music and books from that category which I like. More often it will be done and there will be more emotions and pleasant moments.
I don't have to run marathons, even if everyone is running them today. Maybe I'll fall in love, but in the meantime I just calmly put aside, I don't feel with and concentrate on doing more exercise and "running and walking" - I usually go jogging more quickly than running, and as much as I want, without any clear 5 km or more, for pleasure.
I don't like heels and I'm not going to study them (although I loved heels in Russia, maybe I'll come back to them one day). But you don't have to wear sneakers and flip-flops of one company - you can study other options and companies from the shoes that I like to wear in Southeast Asia.
I don't like gold and jewelry, and I don't see the point in having them just because it's believed that a woman should love them. You shouldn't even remember that I'm some kind of "not that kind of woman". But I love big earrings and bracelets, silver and high-quality jewelry - and this is the direction you can study, celebrate the good online stores, make test orders.
However, there is no correlation between the most widely recognized effective ways and those of people who will get there faster. A person who uses a less effective but closer method may remain more stable in its use - to do exercises every day for 15 minutes during the year, and get a much better effect than the one who ran daily for two months and then gave up.
