Self visualization techniques.

I want to reiterate how important it is for YOU to find your right version. You have your "personal psychological make-up" in this phase of your life, so choose the version of the technique that you feel best suits your current personality.

The Creative Display and techniques.

As for the use of creative visualization in order to manifest what we want, we have two choices:

  • view the desired result
  • view the path that leads to the desired result

Understanding the right path for us is not so difficult. Both experimental and you see what seems to be the most "natural" way for you (but that which, after two weeks, starts to bring some results).

Instead of saying "I don't want any more debts" you could say "I solved (or" I'm going to ... "if you view the process) my financial matters and my accounts are in order" (here we are using the generic).

I believe that even if not supported by modern psychology, it may be an excellent idea to learn to condition ourselves to speak in positive terms. It is a question of "focus". The examples, in this case, help us.

Try to say "I don't want to have any more difficulty getting to the end of the month" .. it is quite logical that the image that is formed in our mind is of difficulty (everyone will represent this difficulty in different ways in his mind). If instead we say "I arrive serenely at the end of the month with some leftover money for ...." here is that the image acquires relaxation, a greater serenity and as we know, our emotions, determine (and very) the trend of our days, our actions and what we attract in our lives. Taken together, these two concepts represent the first visualization modality that we are now analyzing together. We will try to make an even more complete picture trying to understand how to amplify the emotions and feel them in the present moment even in a state of relaxation.

Come accennato, è molto importante comprendere come ci sentiremmo se questo obiettivo fosse stato già raggiunto quì ed ora. Possiamo vederlo da destra, da sinistra, dall’alto, vedi tu come ti fa sentire meglio. L’altra variante è quella in soggettiva, ovvero vivere la scena attraverso i tuoi occhi. In questo caso i dettagli fanno davvero la differenza. Si attivano i nostri sensi del gusto, dell’olfatto, del tatto, della vista, dell’udito ed ovviamente tutte le sensazioni interne che ne conseguono.
