How long do you think humanity has learned how to produce metal, create mechanisms, build communications, and write scientific papers? According to the majority of historians, a reasonable person (Homo sapiens) appeared in Africa about 200 thousand years ago, and the first technically developed civilizations and cities "with conveniences" appeared on Earth no earlier than VII millennium BC. However, studies of numerous artifacts that fall into the field of vision of archaeologists and anthropologists, literally overturn the mentioned borders of time, push them back to the past by tens and hundreds of thousands, and sometimes millions of years. We will tell you about the most famous "evidence".

The spark plug of a very old car.

Mike Mikesell, Wallace Lane, and Virginia Maxey are three young souvenir and jewelry store owners in Olancha, California, USA. On February 13, 1961, they went to the plateau near Lake Owens in search of tingles - isolated crystalline inclusions in the rocks, often consisting of semi-precious and precious stones.

Having returned home with extraction, the guys began to study the findings. One of the tingles, the size of a goose egg, seemed unusual to them. With general agreement, Mike barely sawed it with a diamond saw. When the gesture finally broke into two halves, inside instead of the crystals was a solid mass, reminiscent of porcelain.

At its center was a cut of a metal rod two millimeters in diameter, and outside it was surrounded by a soft and brittle material - perhaps a tree - that crumbled and fell apart as it was sawn. It had a hexagonal shape on its outer contour and may have served as a casing or case. A strip of copper was also visible on the section between the ceramic and the "casing". It seems that a coil of copper helix has fallen into the cut.

X-rays of the mysterious "glands" allowed us to detect the presence of several parts inside it that were not visible from outside. The researchers concluded that the discovery was part of a complex device, probably an electrical one. Externally, it was most reminiscent of... the spark plug of a car engine.

And now, attention. The age of rocks, among which was found a "candle" - at least 500 thousand years!

Fishing reel from the Carboniferous period.

Scientists at the Department of Geology at the American University of Tennessee in Chattanooga have been in a state of complete perplexity for decades since they examined a piece of rock about 300 million years old in 1979. A weighty piece of rock was found by Dan Jones on the bank of the Tellico River while he was hunting for trout with a rod in his hand. It turned out that in this fragment of rock shale is tightly embedded... a fishing reel! The kind used by modern amateur fishermen to equip float rods. University geologists cannot explain the origin of this discovery.

Iron pipes inside the pyramid rock.

In northwest China, in the desert area of Qinghai province, near the town of Ih-Tsaydam, there is Mount Baigong Shang. And next to it there are two "Lovers' Lakes" - fresh and salty. On the southern shore of the salt lake, Toson meters to 60 meters rises a lonely rock, like a pyramid. There are reports that this is indeed a pyramid made of metal. In front of it, there are three depressions of triangular shape. These are the entrances to the caves. Two of them collapsed long ago, and it is impossible to penetrate there, and the middle one, the most extensive, survived. The entrance to it is located at a height of about 2 meters above ground level, and its depth, as well as the height of the vault, reaches 6 meters. The floor of the cave is covered with a layer of sand, the walls are flat and smooth, and it seems to be of artificial origin.

At the far end of the cave, an iron, rusty pipe with a diameter of about 40 centimeters protrudes from the upper part of the wall. Another similar pipe goes underground, but only the upper part of the cave protrudes above the floor. And at the entrance to the cave in the rocks as it were mounted 12 more pipes with a diameter of 10 to 40 centimeters. They are located strictly straightforwardly, which indicates a high technical level of installation.

On the bank of the Thawson and near it you can also see a lot of iron pipes protruding from rocks and sandy soil. With a diameter of 2 to 4.5 centimeters, they are orientated in the east-west direction, and some of them have a very strange form of cross-section. There are tubes several millimeters in diameter, but none of them are clogged inside, despite the constant movement of sands in the region.
