Anti-aging masks for the face with completely natural products. And at (almost) zero cost. You just have to have the patience and time to prepare them, but we assure you that the result is great and in a few steps the skin of your face will look younger and more relaxed.

Moreover, you only need easily available 'foods' such as avocado, almond oil, cucumbers, yogurt or honey. These 'delicious' beauty masks do not exempt you from following a proper diet and resting properly during the night: the first gestures of love towards yourself.

Honey, egg, yogurt, and oil

To combat the advance of time, try a delicate but invigorating anti-wrinkle mask made from honey, egg, yogurt and extra virgin olive oil.

Put a tablespoon of honey, an egg yolk, two tablespoons of natural yogurt and another tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a bowl. Amalgamate everything until you get a creamy compound to be applied on the face perfectly cleaned previously. Leave to work for 30 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Just repeat the treatment at least twice a week to get a fabulous skin.

Avocado and olive oil

Avocado contains essential fatty acids and is rich in phytochemicals that help protect the skin from free radicals. And that's not all: avocado contains folic acid and vitamins C, B6, A, and E, which are essential for good skin health and beauty.

Take half avocado and put it in a container and crush the pulp with a fork then add three tablespoons of olive oil and make sure not to leave lumps. Apply the mixture to the face with your fingers, massaging gently to make it absorb and let it rest for 20 minutes before removing it with lukewarm water. You will soon see the benefits of avocado and olive oil on your skin.

Carrots, lemon, and yogurt

Carrots have numerous properties thanks to their concentrate of beta-carotene and antioxidants, essential to combat the signs of aging.

Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into pieces and put them in a blender to obtain a homogeneous cream. Add half a lemon juice and three tablespoons of natural yogurt to make the carrot paste thicker. Apply the mask to the face massaging for at least ten minutes and then remove it with warm water. You can also make this mask three times a week.

Cucumber and chamomile

Cucumber is a great moisturizer because it has a high content of water and vitamin E. And we know how much water is needed to fight wrinkles.

Start by peeling the cucumber and then cutting it into small pieces and preparing a chamomile infusion - just heat a cup of water, add a few chamomile flowers and leave to infuse. Once cooled, add the pieces of cucumber and then put everything in the blender until you get a homogeneous compound. after letting the compound rest in the refrigerator for ten minutes, you can apply it on the face and keep it for at least 20 minutes: it will revitalize the skin and hydrate it deeply.

Honey and oatmeal

This mask has as its protagonist honey, able to soften, moisturize and at the same time relax the skin thanks to its nutritional and antioxidant properties. To the delicacy of honey, you must add the 'strength' of oatmeal, to be used as an exfoliant for the elimination of dead cells. It also contains zinc, copper, and selenium: excellent elements against the signs of aging.

How to prepare the compound? Take a bowl and pour two tablespoons of honey and two more tablespoons of flour; mix well and apply the mask to your face, then let it rest for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Milk and cocoa

Another ideal mask to fight wrinkles is the one you can make with milk and cocoa: the latter, rich in antioxidants, is the main ingredient of many cosmetic products and the 'marriage' with milk, helps the regeneration of cells.

You need 50 ml of milk and 100 g of cocoa; mix without lumps and apply the pack to the face; leave on for 10 minutes and rinse. You will have a perfect complexion in a short time.

Barley, milk, honey, and mint

Get a tablespoon of barley flour, half a cup of milk, a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of fresh mint chopped. To make your mask, you have to mix barley, mint, and honey. Finally, add enough milk to obtain a uniform cream that is not too liquid.
