Chain of transactions
Any electronic payment system must store transactions somewhere and somehow.
In Bitcoin, all information is stored in a blockchain. Each block contains a title and a list of transactions. The block header consists of several properties, including the hash of the previous block. Transactions, as well as blocks, are arranged in chains.
Thus, the entire block chain stores all transactions for the entire period of Bitcoin operation.
