Psychological characteristics of green colour.

Green does not have kinetic energy acting outward but contains the potential energy contained in itself. But this "charged" energy does not rest in the literal sense of the word, but reflects the internal stress state and does not go out. The latent energy "charged" in all solids can have, depending on the density of the molecule, different stress, hardness or resistance. The same applies to green. The more it is complemented by green darkening blue, the stronger, colder, more intense, stricter and more stable the psychological effects of colour. The more lightning, dissolving yellow is added, the easier it is, the warmer it is, the more relaxed, softer and more harmonious it is.

They say: "I am happy, I am angry, I am surprised, I am ashamed, I ask myself", etc.

There are a lot of things happening in a person that he knows more or less exactly about. And the more attentively you observe yourself, the more obvious it becomes to see how much we do with ourselves and how few others we do, namely, objective reality. This very orientation of a person is often reincarnated into self-centeredness and selfishness. However, it is necessary to a certain extent and must be expressed, for example, in the ability to limit oneself, to restrain oneself or to rejoice in the way molecules form a tense structure in the solid body, which is not visible from the outside, and in every person feelings of self-directedness create a living tense state. This is a person's opinion of himself, i.e. what he perceives as his self or a person's attitude towards himself. Different shades of the green show the diversity of attitude to oneself.

Pure as a crystal, hard blue - the green colour is preferred by people who impose strict requirements on themselves, raise their views in principle and achieve compliance with it with irreconcilable consistency. To remain true to yourself, to fulfil the same chosen obligation, more likely to be alone with his resentment than to surrender and adapt - this requires the pride of blue-green self-regulation. This is, in fact, the highest degree of willpower tension, but it makes excessively high demands on the nervous system of vegetative vegetation, as there is no sufficient discharge. The pure green colour, which Kandinsky compares with the "so-called bourgeoisie", does not try, like blue, - green, to outgrow himself, but only strives for self-affirmation.

Pure green is conservative. People who prefer pure green, thanks to the hardness, tend to acquire the style of confidently hold on. They aspire to self-confidence and confidence in general. They are confident in the recognition of others, but in reality, they look like ordinary people. Of course, green has positive conservative qualities, such as perseverance and endurance. On the other hand, the experience of the test shows that people are extravagant and eccentric, as well as striving for originality, consider purely green colour sympathetic. They hope to succeed without hard work, thanks to their "genius" or at least their "personal individuality".

People who prefer either a light yellow-greenen or darker brown-green - have the opposite attitude to themselves. They achieve not self-affirmation, but excitement from the outside: with light yellow-green - through new meetings, with brown-green - through pleasure. Since green is the expression of regulation and self-esteem, it is of great importance for the psychology of tests and the medical processing of colour dough.

Self-esteem and self-regulation happen all the time, in some seconds. And only to a small extent are they so clearly understood that one can say, for example, "I have an unclean conscience" or "I am ashamed", "I am angry", "I am happy". But the nervous vegetative system and organs take part in every tension (blue-green) or relaxation (brown-green), in stagnation (yellow-green).

If such a state is fixed for a long time - say, tension, when the patient prefers blue too often - green, then he overstresses himself physically, and also places high demands on his nervously - somatic endurance. As soon as the state of exhaustion occurs, the patient rejects the blue - the green colour as unsympathetic. Blue, - green seems to him cold, harsh, poisonous colour now.
