History:

Analcite was discovered in Italy in 1797. Description of it was given by French mineralogist R.J. Gayui. Since then, the stone has become a guest of honor in the collections of many mineralogists. Sometimes it is also called a cubic healer.

Decorations from analcime and its prices:

To the north of the Hungarian capital one can find small transparent crystals of Analtsim in the cavities of basalt.

On the territory of the Nidym River in the Krasnoyarsk region, druses of snow-white crystals of Analtsim with diameters of up to 15 cm and above have been found. Probably, these minerals are the best collection Analcisms in the world. In the literature one can find a description of the discovery of Analtsim's translucent crystals in size up to 4 cm, but in an unusually pink and red color in Austria (South Tyrol).

In the seventies, Moscow amateur S.P.Trishin found translucent and transparent specimens of high quality stone on Tchaitsin Cape. Some of them reached the size of about 5 cm in diameter. They were framed by calcite and quartz crystals.

It is very difficult to make any product from Analcime. As an amulet, Analcim is used as small pieces without processing, as its fragility does not allow it to be done.

(1995) in the late 70's one of the Moscow lovers of natural stones S.P.Trishin found high quality translucent and transparent colorless crystals of Analtsim in the size up to 5 cm in a beautiful edging of calcite crystals with addition of quartz brushes on the territory of the northern extremity of the Timan Ridge on Chaytsin Cape. The brilliant faceting of such rare crystals involves sparkling edges of the cube.
