Market relations
The development of market relations in society has led to the emergence of a number of new economic objects of accounting and analysis. These include, first, securities of mass and standardized nature, which give rise to certain financial rights and obligations.
Securities exist as a special commodity, which should have its own market with its own organization and rules of work on it. However, the goods sold on the securities market are of a special kind, since securities are only the title of ownership, documents giving the right to income, but not real capital. Separation of the securities market is determined by this very quality, and the market is characterized by the free and easily accessible transfer of securities by one owner to another.
Accumulation of monetary capital plays an important role in the market economy. The very process of accumulation of monetary capital is preceded by the stage of its production. After the monetary capital is created or produced, it should be divided into parts that are sent back to production and the part that is temporarily released. The latter, as a rule, represents the aggregate funds of enterprises and corporations accumulated in the market of loan capital by credit and financial institutions and securities market.
