How to motivate yourself?

1. Positive attitude.

The most important thing in motivation is to be positive. Sometimes it turns out pretty easy, sometimes you need to work on yourself. It is always easier for a positive person to take action, it is easier to bear the hardships of life, it is easier to make friends and relationships. If you want to be motivated, then always hope for the best, otherwise why is this all? Why do you need to motivate yourself if you are pessimistic? Better immediately close the browser page.

2. Find a business to your liking.

Find your favorite business and do it. It doesn’t matter whether you receive income or not, it doesn’t matter whether you spend it on the weekend or turned it into a main activity. A thing to your liking is a kind of outlet, something that you will do just like that, for yourself, something that will give you joy. Favorite business gives a very high motivation, they say first you find your way, and then he finds you.

3. Switching.

Even when you have a favorite business, and you are successfully doing it, there are times when there is no motivation. What to do in such cases? You need to switch. You cooked too long in one topic. The best rest is a change of activity. You need to switch to something else. Change the mental load to the physical one, change the sphere of blogging to study sales or business.

To motivate myself, I change my occupation. I read one time, then I get bored and the period of writing articles begins. When I get tired of surfing the Internet and working on a blog, I begin to actively engage in household chores, just to give my head time to relax. And so it is necessary in any activity.

4. Simplify your life.

Remove all unnecessary and unnecessary. There are true and imposed goals in your life. Your task is to remove everything far-fetched and imposed by society. Previously, it was important for me to have a status in society, for this it was necessary to be successful. Success indicators are “good” office work, a new car, your own apartment, a status husband with a good career. But this was necessary not for me, but for the show, it was just important what others thought of me.

Now it does not matter. My life has become simpler and more modest, but I am happy with it. There was harmony in the soul and calm. I have a business for the soul that someday will start to generate income, or may not start, but I like to do it. My day is full of meaning and that’s enough. There are hopes and plans for the future - and it costs a lot.

5. Go in for sports.

This is advice for centuries, and it will come in handy in any field. Have you noticed that manual workers come home much happier than mental workers? It's all about physical activity. When you play sports, the hormones of happiness - endorphins - are produced in your body. If you feel that depression is pulling up at you, and you don’t feel like doing anything, then start jogging, sign up for an exercise machine, and buy a subscription to the pool. I myself am not a fan of sports, but I force myself to do it, at least a little. I just think that this is the most free way to produce happiness.

6. Watch motivational films.

Cinema occupies a significant place in our life. Entire industries are built on this, so why not take advantage of them? Find and watch inspirational movies. After such films, you feel an emotional upsurge, and you are in high spirits, you even want to do something useful. In the movie Secret, one lady told how she cured cancer by watching comedies and a positive attitude towards life. Everyone has his own such films, but there are those that many like. For example: “Click. With a remote control for life ”, “ Where Dreams May Come ”, “ Knocking on Heaven ”, “ Peaceful Warrior ”.

7. Eat right.

Oddly enough, your motivation also depends on nutrition. Your well-being, and therefore productivity, depends on nutrition. Drink plenty of clean water, eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, cleanse your body, and you don’t have to spend money on doctors and medications.

8. Stop being a zombie.

To increase motivation - stop being a zombie. Stop being like everyone else and do everything that takes energy from you. This applies to watching useless television programs, reading the yellow press, complaints about life, criticism and condemnation of other people. If you want to motivate yourself, then remove all unnecessary and distracting, sometimes it is better to just sit in silence and think about life.

9. Butterfly effect.

Actions motivate you to take even greater actions. Make one small move towards your dream. Just a little thing. Then a couple more of the same small actions, and you will notice that your attitude has changed. Events started pushing you towards a dream, it’s like Signs from the Universe. Just as a hurricane can start from just one stroke of a butterfly, a chain of events leads you to success from one movement. A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.

10. Give yourself indulgence.

For your motivation, allow yourself mistakes and failures. Say that now you can step on the rake and make mistakes. There are no bad results, because any result can be considered positive. After all, you tried and learned something. You have gained experience, and this is most valuable. Many are so afraid of making a mistake and not coping that they don’t even want to start. Is it possible to really motivate yourself if you constantly fear failure?

11. Engage in self-development.

Spiritual development in recent years is gaining immense popularity. Each of us strives for spirituality, everyone wants something else, something important and having the highest meaning. To motivate yourself, engage in your spiritual self-improvement. How to do it? Read useful and inspiring books on personal growth, enroll in courses and trainings, look for a mentor, or just chat with like-minded people.

12. Get closer to nature.

Being outdoors is always good. This is also a universal advice for all occasions. So we feel unity with mother nature, we feel ourselves part of the Universe, we see harmony and beauty of the world. You can go to the river for a swim, or have a picnic, go to the village, take a walk through the forest, and become an avid traveler. Nature heals our soul, communicating in nature we seem to be updated.
