THE RADAR DETECTOR'S WORK:
MAGMA H5 is a signature COMBO device, so it cuts off a large number of false positives. But not all of them (about this later).

There are several modes of setting up the radar detector: CITY 1, CITY 2, CITY 3, TRACSA and SMART.
"Urban modes" enable or disable certain ranges that are not used in cities. "TRACES is the highest sensitivity, and almost all bands are connected.
But what I like most is the SMART mode, which automatically switches modes depending on the speed. For example, up to 60 km/h - one mode (say, CITY1), from 60 to 90 other (CITY2), and from 90 km/h - highway, in general, you can fine-tune these parameters yourself. Thus, the necessary accuracy is always created.
There is a cool feature when you can turn on the display to display only speedometer. Press the red button at the top and get this. In this mode, all complexes and radars are spoken by voice.

WORKING THE RADIO COMPLEX: Literally a few words (in my review) on the radar part. In general, I have practically no complaints. Complexes are displayed and spoken not only by GPS but also by radiation. I have not noticed any omissions at all. Even low-power "systems" are displayed with confidence.
The only thing I want to note is that I have a sensitivity setting for the radar part. If it is "Average", there are almost no false positives! However, some "TRINOGI", it can take from 100 meters, that is, from a short distance.
If you put "HIGH" sensitivity, catches everything, and from about 250 - 300 meters (which is more than enough within the city). However, there are false positives on the "Bigger Grouses", as I understood on their radio stations.
Here, as they say, you should choose what is better and when to bet. However, these are trifles, but they are worth mentioning.
GPS WORK: As usual, the GPS is in the overview. In general, everything is fine, the dots are spoken in a woman's voice, the distance is written "to", and it is also indicated that it "hits in the back" (this is an unambiguous plus).
Motorway
In the " Motorway" zone, the length of the segment, average and current speeds are indicated. Very accurate and informative. Here are only advantages.
FASTENING TO THE WINDSCREEN
I've already pointed out from above that the body isn't that big (especially if you look at the profile). So the windshield will not be covered.
The rest is standard, MAGMA H5 is fixed on a suction cup (at desire "KOMBO" it is possible to unzip and take home, and the suction cup remains). The wires are about 3 meters long, so there is enough for hidden wiring.
Mounting on the windscreen
There is a swivel mechanism in the "leg", you can unscrew the nut and turn it on the traffic policeman (rotates all 360 degrees).
TOTAL
As usual, I end up with the cost of a gadget. If you believe the official website MAGMA H5 costs 215 USD! Not a little. It would be desirable on pair thousand cheaper.
