The importance of educational motivation in the process of developing professional motives.
Professional motivation, which ensures the success of education in the university, as well as the success of professional self-determination after its completion, can be formed in the information campaigns of the institution, through the application of certain conditions and means of communicating information to students. Personally, a significant meaningful motive can be formed in teenagers (young men) and this process is realized in the sequence of its characteristics formation. First, the educational and cognitive motive starts to take effect, then it becomes dominant and becomes independent, and only after it is realized, i.e. the first condition is the organization and formation of the educational activity itself. At the same time, the effectiveness of motivation itself is better formed when directed to the ways than to the "result" of the activity. At the same time, it manifests itself i
