5. Stay modest

Sometimes you will disagree with people who communicate with them and will be different for the same event. For example, you think that the success of a company is because your team's operational capabilities are very strong, while the other insists that your understanding is incorrect because it is caused by certain internal staff resources.

In this case, you usually strive to protect and maintain the image and honor of yourself and the team. But in reality, this is not what you expect, the requirements for communication between the two parties, and whether it is necessary and clear (usually not).

We often encounter this situation in communication, trying to prove that we are correct and that the judgment is correct. Friendly communication suddenly becomes arrogant and even disappointing, and eventually, you will lose your true communication purpose.

Don't rush to prove that you are right. Make yourself and others more secure.

For example: "I heard this message for the first time. "I will collect some information when I return, I will understand it again and return it to you. ”

Self-knowledge and communication are not debates. Your goal is not to beat each other, but to let the other person trust you. Of course, you can also choose. If you feel that the other party is unable to communicate, you will no longer be in touch. You don't need to offend others. In addition, your judgment may be incorrect. If you have more time to analyze it calmly, there may be new insights.

6. Just happened

When we introduce ourselves, we often have to express our own excellent side: whether it is a resume or a personal profile, we will say that our performance is better, which is understandable.

Therefore, when expressing your achievements, do not exaggerate or devalue others.

Usually, certain things are the primary responsibility of what I do, and this is the basis of my credit. Maybe someone is an old colleague or an old classmate of the interviewer.

There is still room in the country, and many people still rely on showing off to gain a competitive advantage. But in fact, the circle of top talent is not big and it is easy to be exposed.

If you focus on cutting leeks, how can people stick their faces without red hearts? In any case, there will always be a fool who believes in you, but you can blow them up. However, if you really want to run a long-term business in the industry, please engage in a long-term career and recommend honesty.

Non-public industry rules are not easy to formulate, should be exaggerated when presented, others may realize that there is no deep hatred. For example, in a headhunter recommendation, you can often see information about some people. In the management of the former company, there are often false information. If not too many, many people will see it. But this is too exaggerated, it is really inappropriate. For example, Ali’s resignation from leadership is not a real claim.

Self-introduction will be widely used for acquaintances, job interviews and public exchange of opinions. Different cases, different audiences, different appeals, different expressions and priorities, so clear personal goals, clear audience appeal, pay attention to exchange comments, provide proof of correspondence, and maintain appropriate modesty and honesty. The best way is to constantly communicate, synthesize, organize, and receive feedback for optimization.

In fact, you have this awareness and need a little correction, not that you will immediately become a wonderful participant, but it will always be much better than the unconscious.
