Hello, my dear subscribers.

You know how a lot of people live now? All the time in a neutral and indifferent mood. And this is at best. More often - in a tired and irritated. They rejoice exclusively on holidays. Or on weekends, "relaxing" in a bar with friends. Or on salary days, going shopping after work. And the most interesting thing is that they think this is the way it should be.

What can I say - I used to live like this myself. From weekends to weekends. From one reason to be happy to another. And now I understand. If a person is not constantly in a joyful and uplifting mood - it is not normal. If a person does not feel inner happiness for more than 24 hours - he needs to do something urgently.

Not joy is a diagnosis.

Why are we treating the runny nose? Why do we start swallowing pills with a cold? Why do we drink hot tea with honey as soon as we feel sore throat? That's right, the diseases need to be treated. And the earlier, the better. But why does nobody consider a state of despondency, apathy and indifference a serious illness?

It is generally accepted that it is in our blood. We have - in the sense of Russians. That we do not smile and everything. Nonsense! He who wears a state of happiness inside himself smiles. By the way, you don't have to smile at all. He is in harmony with himself enough. To be glad to every day. And not to be irritated by trifles.

Tell me, what does your state of happiness look like? On the big light ball which is at you in a breast and as if warms from within? When was the last time you felt it? When did you walk down the street and realize I was a happy man?

Remember one simple truth. Joy is the natural state of man. If it disappears, it must be returned immediately. And keep it inside like a precious diamond.

- Of course, all this is good," you think. - But how do you do it? Salary is delayed, there is rain and slush on the street and sadness on the soul.

Yes, yes, I know it is not that easy. Let's try it together. On one, two, three.

Let's make exactly 7 steps to the good mood and inner harmony:

  1. Take a piece of paper or a computer. Write down all the good things in your life. By items. Everything that made you happy. Happy meetings, holidays, travels, achievements. Ten to a hundred things. Hang this list in a prominent place or read it from time to time.
  2. Now write down everything you dream of. What do you want to achieve? Where to go? Try what? Who do you want to meet? What to do? Try to feel 100 per cent sure that you will have it all. Try to smile and think about how much good things are waiting for you in life.
  3. Find 5 reasons to be happy in your everyday life. At least in trifles. For example a delicious dinner. Favourite music that sounds in the player when you come home. Beautiful view from the window. Funny conversations with colleagues. Pleasant feelings after sports activities. Evening walks with your dog. Smile every time you experience these moments.
  4. Think of those who are worse off than you are. Yes, the advice is banal. But damn it. Be happy for once that you have legs. Even if you go from work to puddles. Even if you are rubbed in your shoes. Even if you are terribly tired. Just feel it. Every step. You can move. Concentrate on this. Look around. You can see. Listen to the world around you. You can hear. And you have a place to go. You don't appreciate it. But try it. It's an indescribable feeling.
  5. Learn to live in the present. Not waiting for the weekend. Not a dream of a vacation. And today. Here and now. Look for. Good. In each of your days. Unfortunately, I cannot do it for you. No writer-psychologist-philosopher can do it. This is different for everyone. Just start today. And maybe in 1 week, you will become the happiest person in your neighbourhood. Yes, you don't even need to wait for a promotion or wedding. It is possible already now because happiness is a normal natural condition of a person.
  6. If there is too little joy in your life - fix it. How can you get joy? Everyone has his or her own ways. But there are also general tips. Do sports. Travel or at least go on excursions. Take a walk in nature. Communicate more often with friends. Be creative. Dance, draw, write, meditate. Even if you can't. This is not a problem these days.
  7. Don't be irritated by the little things. Has the cashier been rude to you? So what? Did you get caught in a traffic jam? Well, it happens. Listen to music. Did you spill coffee on yourself? Can you imagine, things happen 1000 times worse in life. Did you have a fight with a loved one? Apologize. I don't care about pride. Suddenly (God forbid) tomorrow you won't have such an opportunity? No money? This is temporary. Everything is in your hands. As long as you can breathe, you have a chance. Opportunity. Right. To be happy. This is your first goal in life. You were born for this very purpose. And only then - for everything else.

Perhaps you need more than these tips.

Perhaps, you do not feel happy in principle.

And then you need to change something urgently.
