How to save time and energy? Part 2

If you want to move to another country for a long time, to the south of Russia, to the village, to the silence, to buy a country house - it is worth thinking about clear planning of moving. This really gives you strength.

Another important point is to work. The most ideal option is when you work at home for yourself, and the work brings you pleasure!

Working from home, you need less money for a living. At home, I can make things the way I want to, eat what I want, have the air temperature I need, have the order I need, take a break at any time, change into sportswear and do my exercise - anything, complete freedom.

When I'm working, I usually watch TV shows and movies in the corner of the screen - something simpler to keep me busy, working as white noise, but entertaining. It's like I'm just sitting there watching something all day. Working for myself, I can drop everything and go anywhere.

The lack of unnecessary physical contact saves a lot of energy. In the messenger, I only have a local one - a kindergarten, something else. For working contacts - mail, Skype chat, a little social network. There is no need to switch back to work from other people's voice energy. When a person has dozens of such contacts and interruptions every day, it is almost impossible to focus on really important work and not to be squeezed out in the evening like a lemon.

Although the work at home is not suitable for everyone, it is always possible to optimize your destructive working moments in general. Andrei Parabellum and, for example, Kennedy Dan talk a lot about it in the book "Hard Time Management. Take control of your life", and on training on personal effectiveness - not to be a slave to your phone, which pulls you by the leash, to minimize unnecessary meetings, to remove distractions, to change the place of work from time to time, to make large blocks of work in peace.

Protect your strong time of day. Knowing your strongest time, it should be guarded, not wasted. Put in it the most important and difficult, as well as the most creative tasks. Decisions on a certain issue are also best made when you have the most resources.

I have only recently realized how important sleep is and how much extra energy it gives me to sleep. In the past, I used to save a lot of sleep. It seemed to me that sleeping for 5 hours was very honest and effective arithmetic - plus 3 hours to my day. Now I feel good about my condition and I like to sleep very much.

There shouldn't be any 5 alarms. And it is quite real to make you wake up in the morning at the right time - for this, you have to go to bed so early that you have the necessary supply to sleep.

And then life gets very different colors.

Be patient, calm, often look at your life away, sensitively catch different periods, like waves. Accept everything as it happens.

As Alexander Palienko says, our main enemy is a hurry. It is this one that leads to categorization. Hurry up right now to have what you want, your perfect life.

On vacation, people think about work, at work about rest. When there are no children, they dream of children. When children are young, they dream of growing up. When they grew up, they dream of becoming small.

When something does not work, they perceive it as a failure, not a small deviation from the planned course of events. If an event has been canceled, it is an excuse to complain and dissatisfy somebody instead of just accepting it.

Having worked well for a few days, they want to continue to work like robots, without getting tired, squeeze everything out of themselves, without thinking that the tide follows the tide - the high-energy state will be rolled back. And it is natural that all these waves should be caught and only waved, doing what is most effective in such moments.

You can start to be more than just reactive, reacting to everything that happens, based on whether it coincided with the plan in your head or not. But you can consciously influence what is happening and even the future by your attitude in order to make everything more favorable for you.

Now I am working on a lot of conscious rest, on the early rise, which at some point jumped off. I'm working on a lot of physical movement, sports, exercise. After this work, in six months and a year, the energy should also increase. And then it will become the norm.
