There is also a need for a technologist and a production manager to monitor the condition of the shop and the performance of necessary operations. The entrepreneur himself, if his economy is not too big and not too complicated, can perform the functions of management of several departments — to distribute and search for new customers, perform administrative and organizational work. It is also important to find a good ichthyologist who will monitor the fish, its health, find suppliers of good specimens for breeding, that is, fully deal with issues related to the maintenance of the fish nursery. Thus, all these managers already receive at least 30 thousand rubles in the province, and sometimes much more; if experts from large cities are involved, the salary can be 2 times higher. It is not worth saving on these people, they can significantly reduce costs and optimize the production process.
