Great car (but vegetable), if you find it alive, it will probably be one of the best options. However, like TOYOTA, for 7500 USD it is difficult to find it, for a live copy you need at least 8000 USD.
Generation - II, it is possible to find even in a restyled body (2010-2012). The engine will be 1.6 (102-110 hp), which is a regular MPI. DO NOT TURBO! Automatic machine for four gears.
Volkswagen Jetta - 7th place
We consider the fifth generation, this foreign car can be taken about 2010. There is only one power plant here - 1.6, but there are different amounts of horsepower here - 102, 105, 110 hp, all depending on the firmware and equipment.
As usual, the engine is only atmospheric, it comes with a prefix - MPI. DO NOT TURBO! But the automaton here on 6 range.
But with JETTA, the same song as with OCTAVIA, it is difficult to find in 7500 USD, you need to add about 770, then the variant will be more lively. And only that's why the 7th place.
FORD FOCUS 2 - 6th place
I would like to note that it is from the sixth place that the machines are coming, and there is plenty to choose from in the market. YES and up to 7700 are almost the best options.
And the first such car is FORD FOCUS 2, despite its advanced age, these cars are VERY popular because of their reliability and unpretentiousness. It is possible to take about 2010, engines of this foreign car will be 1,6 (100 hp) and 2,0 (145 hp), the transmission is automatic for 4 gears. If you find a live copy, you can take it without fear.
DO NOT TAKE WITH FORD FOCUS 3 (I do not advise you to do so).
Mitsubishi Lancer X - 5th place
Great car, for a good price. In general, the LANCER 10, I consider it much better than the same COROLLA 10, both in design and technical terms. It is possible to take approximately 2010 - 2011, power units 1,5 (109 hp) or 1,6 (117 hp), automatic transmission 4-range.
But it is LANCER X that needs to be carefully checked because the car was popular and was stolen quite a lot. That's why, while tearing it out on AVITO or other websites, now there is such an interesting, run it at least through it.

KIA CERATO - Hyundai Elantra - 4th place
In fact, again, the same platform, but the bodies are different. Huge choice in the market and a great value for money:
KIA CERATO will be 2 generations, years 2010 - 2011. Motor 1.6 will range from 124 to 126 hp. (more about them here), here as well as the firmware is different, and there is one or two-phase rotation. Transmission is 4 stages. "Six-steps" went with 2.0 liters. But it no longer fits 500,000.
Hyundai Elantra will be either 4 or 5 generation, 2010 - 2012.
Motors 1.6 is the same as CERATO, about (122 hp), but ELANTRA has also 1.8 (150), it is also not a problem and it can be taken. The AUTOMAT is 4-range.
KIA CEED - 3rd place
Why did I put CEED separately from CERATO and ELANTRA, like the same car? But not quite.
First of all, CEED is a hatchback, it's for amateurs.
Secondly, it has a multileverage at the back, not a beam like two "relatives - sedans" and it is controlled in a completely different way. Personally, I like it better.
Take it for generations - ED, about 2010 - 2012, the engine is still the same as 1.6 (122 - 125 hp), automatic 4-range transmission.
For 7700 you can find a very good version of this foreign car.
MAZDA 3 - 2nd place
There is not much to write about, it's a good choice for our amount, generation - BL (2), approximately 2010 - 2012, engine - 1,6 (105), automatic - 4 transmissions.
But there is also a five-stage automatic rifle with a 2.0 liter (150 hp) engine, but most likely it will not fit into our rating, because it does not fit 7700.
If you find this foreign car alive, take it - not a bad option.
HONDA CIVIC - 1st place
Why HONDA and why it's in the first place. Just because it's a great "driver" option.
Generation will be VIII, it's about 2010 - 2011, but in Russia, it was mostly sold with a 1.8 liter (140 hp) power plant, and an automatic transmission for 5 gears (almost not killed). All this together gives a very good bundle, it will not be possible to call this car a vegetable, and also a good price-quality ratio. That is why the first place.
ONE, as I wrote from above, from the 1st to 6th place, you can change the car at your discretion, because they are all worthy.
