Just recently, a new type of motorcyclist has appeared, it's balabolas and chatterboxes, this phenomenon is greatly contributed to by the Internet. Periodically rides to work on a motorcycle, sitting down at the computer and with zeal throwing biker sites replicas and comments about his unique imho, leading a more virtual life than real, aggressive in statements, having false ideas about biker freedom, and the code of honor, trying to derive their own philosophy, calling themselves scum, Razdolbai, Piantim ..., the bike serves mainly only for riding to work and drinking, for bikes and parties, thinking that this is how they are, are bikers. In the hangouts are reveled in death, losing face and all human dignity, arrange orgies with stabbings.

Shouting to everybody that they, every day on wheels, and sometimes ride more kilometers in a season than any biker, boast of achievements in the amount of alcohol drunk, and time spent with a headache from drinking. For hours they can discuss, for example, the problem of help on the road, justifying that they are busy, and in general it is not their business, everyone for himself. The lack of culture and profanity, pontoons and arrogance, the main feature of virtual goblins, littering the sites with empty talk. For them the road code is empty sound. Pull out the hot news, scandalous, such talkative balm on the heart, suck off all the details, make fun of the situation, pleasure, accusing others of imperfection, show their stupidity. Chatter is not punctual, unnecessary, virtually aggressive and amorphous to human grief. As practice shows, in life they are not reliable and can be abandoned or betrayed.

The most concrete type of motorcyclist is a biker itself, people who have got on a motorcycle literally from diapers, or who have inherited from their parents motorcycles with luggage about the road code, or who have come to a motor party because of the possibility of easy removal of girls, who have accidentally ridden themselves on a motorcycle and have understood the essence of the spirit of movement on two wheels. Biker is not very wordy, concrete, straightforward and clear in its wording, unacceptable to compromise, rejects politics, and any pressure from anyone who can affect his freedoms. Biker is honest and straightforward, stubborn and faithful to the word. For a biker, the process of riding a motorcycle means much more than just moving from the point of departure to the point of arrival.

Driving for a biker is necessary as breathing air, the wind in the Harju as a brother, the road is not an asphalt surface, and the whole philosophy of life, (the road of life) Bike is a friend, not a motor vehicle. Most often bikers are solitary, free riders from convention and herdiness. The other extreme is the company of friends, uniting and creating a club. For lack of development options and experience in this field, they adopt the MC template in a western manner, blindly following the laws of an unusual mentality, with all the traditions that follow from this. For the most part, the club's rigid hierarchy is dictated by the severe survival school of the pack, the most severe selection of candidates, and the age qualification. Separating itself from society, the club becomes a certain state in the state, leading a separate way of life. This aspect deprives the young generation of knowledge, lack of information about motor culture, development of ideology, vaccination of the code, and as a consequence, the collapse of the road brotherhood. Following the example of the elders, separate parties are created, divided into classes, power, name and company of the motorcycle manufacturer. Thus, it would seem that the direct duty of MCs to carry the culture into the masses of motorcyclists, their detachment, in fact, increasingly divides the growing generation. Exaggeratedly growing, self-named clubs in MCs are turning into a collection of alcoholics, and danderers who have no idea of culture and honor, flouting the road code by unbridled behavior and disorderliness, strengthen people's negative attitude towards motorcyclists.

In Russia there is a possibility of motor culture development, it is a communal way of life, formed by experience of millennia and history of existence in this society...
