Freeriding is all about sitting down and writing (whether on paper or computer screen) your thoughts and emotions - everything you have inside.
Yes, handwriting has a number of advantages, and in particularly important cases it is worth using this kind of writing (or if you just love it). But it is this wish that often slows down beginners.
They think, "Ooh, I have to write by hand." You have to buy the most pleasant notebook, pen, you have to catch the right mood when I have at least an hour of free time, sit down with a cup of tea and pee nicely, looking at the peaceful landscape outside the window. And in fact, it can be (and most often should be) and a 5-minute lesson at the computer.
Down with perfectionism! Don't burden yourself. Easier. Quickly!
In general, instead of concentrating on freeriding, I would advise you to concentrate on what you need to work through.
- You are in a bad mood to write off everything.
- Unbelief in yourself - to write everything down on paper, to ask yourself questions.
- Does it feel as if everyone is attacking you, the clouds are thickening? Sit down, write off all the "offenders", all the problems.
- Do not know what decision to make, what choice to make? Also, ask yourself many questions - "Why? "Why? "What do I feel? "What drives me? "What's next? "What am I afraid of? "What choice does it make me feel good about myself? "What choice sounds to me like "Hell, yes! I really want it"?" and so on. A good universal question is "And?
- Did you have a fight with someone? Work on it in writing.
- We broke into some kind of addiction - drank, smoked, had enough of sweets, arranged another shopping on credit? Write down all the mistakes, how to do it correctly, make a plan of further actions. Write down what needs are covered by your administration, how they can be closed in another way, in a healthy way.
Freeriding is an effective way to organize our consciousness, free up its resources, to find solutions to the problems set. As we work through it - in a few months everything becomes much better, the chaos of unprocessed thoughts and emotions decreases, the order is restored.
Simply by naming, marking, clarifying, painting, placing our problems on the shelves, pulling them out into the white light and learning the name of our "demons", we can already work with them.
Freeriding is one of the most important contributions to physical health.
You are removing psychosomatic causes for illness. You work through different distortions. You do prevention from all kinds of difficult situations and problems. You find out in time that you are going to the wrong place. Working out the relationship. Free yourself from the garbage. Keep a lot of nerve cells, relieve tension and irritability, find pressure points on you, think of ways to increase income and optimize costs, improve relationships with people.
Freeriding will first help you catch yourself "on the verge" and do not let you fall. And then it will help you to make sure that no more situations "on the verge" arise.
Many people are stupor not only on freeriding but also on meditation, yoga - on some things that require to stop and dig in themselves - in their heads, bodies, emotions. We are constantly running through life, the brain is too active, and all this new frightens us with its complexity and the fact that we need to slow down. We draw in the head too global task - "to master freeriding" or "to master meditation". It is worth remembering that this is your freedom, your tool. Freeriding is for you, not for him.
Do it any way you want - as you want. Freeriding can be the most different. Work through the problem, not do freeriding.
As you go through the different problems - work through the opportunities, plans, the future, what good things are in life, what can be done even better. Work through both good and bad.
Deal with bad things, clean them up.
Increase the good, develop with the help of freeriding. Increase the focus of your questions on what you want in your life.
But when you do have the time and spirit - do freeriding in all the canons and options offered in the books - with questions and tricks, with unexpected exercises, etc. This will help to pull out something else valuable and interesting.
I freeride mainly on my computer, in Essential PIM, under a password, so that no one can ever read it. This gives me complete peace of mind and encourages me to be as honest with myself as possible.
In general, the main thing is to get used to unloading everything inside. It doesn't matter how, where, or in what form.
