HAVAL F7 ENGINES. There are only two of them:
In the budget, equipment is set turbocharged 1.5 liters (150 hp) of torque of 280 Nm, at a speed of 1400 - 3000. Acceleration up to 100 km/h - 11 seconds
In the maximum versions of Turbocharged 2.0 liters (190 hp), the torque is 340 Nm at 2000 - 3200. Acceleration to a hundred - 9 seconds
Engines
The motors are not "taken off" from anybody, the license is not bought, but own development. The turbine was also developed by the company itself and is electronically controlled, for better traction from the bottoms, also to remove "Turboyamu".

When I wrote this review, I caught myself thinking, 2.0 Turbo engine only 190 hp, and even acceleration in 9 seconds. If you take 2.0 Turbo engines from competitors, they are really powerful and faster. POSSIBLE, is it made on purpose to enter the 200 hp bar and pay less taxes?
TRANSMISSION, one and it is robotic. ROBOT with two "wet disks" (bathing in oil) on 7 gears (7DCT), own development. The case for HAVAL is by Gerhard Henning, a renowned engineer.
Robot
Personally, I think the "strange" ratio for the Russian market, TURBO motors, and even on the robot of its own development! You remember the robots from VOLKSWAGEN, notorious DSG, remember their bugs and glitches, people are tormented with them, and only now VOLKSWAGEN (and I consider it the leader in the development of robots) has reached a stable resource of 100 - 120 000 km. And here is HAVAL! Honestly, "robots" scare people.

And HAVAL positions the car as a good cross-country ability. That is, on the ROBOT both in the field and in the mud!
Of course, the manufacturer gives a guarantee of 150,000 km of mileage and 3 years of warranty. But the car has been produced since 2018 and it is not clear how many of these units (own design) will be used in real conditions!
It will be necessary to closely monitor the car. What will become of it in 70 - 100 - 120 000 km of mileage.

As I consider a good combination, the front standard is "MACPHERSON", rear independent with two levers (in the common people - "multilever").
Energy-intensive, bumps swallow well, the car in corners does not bear even at high speeds. I would like to note that it goes along the route as an infusion. At speeds of 90 - 100 km/h, it seems that you are "on foot".
Suspension
In terms of acoustic comfort, the interior is noisy from the wheel arches, and it starts to grow from 90 km / h, you need to "make noise".
All-wheel drive is definitely good! Works through the electronic multi-disc coupling, on behalf of the famous BorgWarner company.

In general, the suspension and all-wheel drive works very well, I have no complaints (except for noise).
PRICE
This isn't all that cloudless, and it's gonna look too tall to a lot of people. In general, HAVAL F7 has a lot of different equipment, but they are lined up basically so - with a motor 1.5 with front-drive, and an empty car (which has almost nothing, that is, a rag in the cabin, there are no LEDs, no hatch, a circular view, etc.) - such a car starts from 21 000 USD. Then there are complete sets with the motor 1,5 already with all-wheel drive and with all the buns, the price list - 26 000 USD.

Same song with 2.0-liter engine - price from 21 000 to 26 000 rubles.
The price list is not small, you can see many parquet players from Japan, Korea, France, etc. Let them not be in the "maximum", but trust in them is greater.
