Life as a business project: what to do to succeed

In life, as in work, you often need a clear plan. Sometimes it is not enough to feel happy.

We need to develop all aspects of the personality. As in business: the premises need care, the means of production are regularly updated, the qualification of top management is improved. And the owner should be satisfied with the result, otherwise why is it all?
If the body and basic needs are in order, but some of your dreams are constantly suppressed, happiness will not happen.

Take a breath and think about your life
Before listening to the internal owner, understand what's going on around you. And this is a problem, especially if the person works in a large organization in a stressful position.


When deadlines are constantly burning, intrigues are spinning and you are going through a frenzied flow of information, not before self-realization. Endless processes substitute the result.


If you always need to run somewhere and do something very urgent, start asking yourself questions: Where to run to? Why do you need to do it? Who needs it in general: you personally or someone who imposed these things?

It's like a company with a bad planning system. There is a process, and the result is blurred and unclear.


Start small: exhale and look around. Get some sleep. Nine to ten hours of sleep for women, at least eight hours for men. And not once, but constantly. Do not drink alcohol: it distracts from strategic thoughts. Do not do unpleasant things. Think about it: if you don't like it, why are you doing it?


Sleep for 9-10 hours a day at any cost and after a mandatory consultation with your doctor, drink a course of vitamins or fish oil. The latter can help even with depressive disorders, if you have not yet led yourself to clinical depression.
Set only specific goals


After breathing, decide what your mission as the owner of your life is. Targets should be “sizeable,” not abstract like “want a lot of money. I don't understand the goal — “I want a lot of money”!
The real goal must be structured and planned.

If we want a lot of money, we need it:
1. Understand how much it is.
2. determine how soon the money should appear.
3. Choose the indicators by which you will know that the first stage has been overcome. If you want to earn a million, set a goal of one hundred thousand first. Without intermediate stages, it will be difficult for you to motivate yourself.
4. Understand what you are willing to do to make your dreams come true and what you are not ready to do. This way, you will outline a horizon of opportunities for yourself.

Everybody wants you to be afraid, and you are not afraid
There's no such thing as a dream to be afraid of. You have your life, it belongs only to you, and you decide what to do with it.


Nobody likes comfortable people. They are used, but not loved. On the contrary, they despise it.


If you sacrifice your interests for the sake of family or public approval, just ruin your life and no one will thank you.

Save personal resources
Watch where your time and energy go. If a case does not work for the overall picture of your happy future, but takes a lot of time, put it on someone else. For example, order groceries at home. Let those who are paid to travel and collect food waste time.


In the time you save, you will either earn more money than you have spent, or you will rest and earn tomorrow. I don't do what another person can do for me — I'd rather pay someone.


It's harder with intellectual resources. Our brain loves to waste energy on nonsense, like thinking about the past. What is the point of this?
Leave your thoughts about the past behind. It's gone, it doesn't exist now.

Don't get carried away with thinking about the future either. This is usually an obscure alarm when you frighten yourself with possible troubles. Concentrate on actions in the present. Only it is real.

Play “long" game

There's need to take a long time to get to the big goal.

It will be difficult. Laziness. Your loved ones will be in the way of defending their own picture of the world and the image of you that they have invented for themselves. That is why kickbacks are possible. We all constantly face the fact that somewhere something does not work out.


It's normal for us to roll back in development. Thinking does not change as fast as we would like it to, the brain resists change and can connect the body — from here comes psychosomatics. Whoever started fitness after a long break knows that in the first few months you are often sick.


If you regress, for example, if you are ill, or if you drop out of training or courses, this is the norm. This is how the body relieves tension.


Don't give up and get well and get back to work on yourself. Pamper the body so that it does not go on about the cunning, but lazy subconscious. Nourish properly, balance the load, arrange unloading days. Then there is tension only.
