I am an individual entrepreneur in the management of my own and leased residential real estate, that is, in the business of daily rent of apartments. Before we plunge into all the nuances of this business, I would like to ask you a question: what is the job for you?
Be extremely honest with yourself, most of the answers give a clear idea of what the society breathes and each person separately. Money, the ability to travel, to live, to provide for family, children and, most importantly, stability...
These are all the greatest delusions. You are not paid for the work you do, the fixed salary is not even an assessment of your undoubtedly outstanding abilities, and, of course, your work is not a guarantee of stability. Let me explain, you are paid for your life, for limiting yourself in your personal space, for your personal time, for your precious minutes, hours, days, months and years of your life.
In fact, what God has given you to create, you have sold to someone who has chosen to keep this gift to himself, using your time and your abilities to create it. The opportunity to travel is likely to be limited to bus, subway and hiking to and from work, of course, there may still be a rare trip to nature with family or friends, a rare trip to Turkey, Egypt or the countryside with a summer house, if any.
Anyone who talks about stability and with a foam at the mouth will prove to me that the first place is education, the second - the search for a good job, can safely skip a couple of days in their personal interests, and all his arguments, along with stability will collapse in a minute, as a house of cards, regardless of all his imaginary beliefs.
And my questions as to why all this is necessary, i.e. why doom myself to a cage from which to enjoy the air of "freedom" twice a year, or even once released, are answered, so that when you retire you do not need to. My mother worked all her life and for all the years spent, I emphasize, the most golden years of her life, she received an accrued pension, which does not even reach 11 thousand rubles ...
- I am not saying that it is bad to work, that work is the province of slaves, but I am saying that work is necessary for the sake of pleasure, including the creative process, for creation, for positive emotions, for bringing joy to oneself, to others and to this world as a whole.
But I think the definition of the word work speaks for itself: a slave who does not do someone else's will to the fullest extent of his or her desire. While work is something higher and more creative, given to us from the beginning of the creation of the world. Everyone remembers the expression that labour ennobles man, but what can be noble in slavery day after day?
The conclusion from all of this is quite simple. Work, but work creatively, beautifully, from the soul, not for money, but for the sake of creation in relation to others, to the world, to yourself and, of course, to life as a whole!
Chapter Two
Fears.
In chapter two, we'll talk about the phenomenon of fear. I will not generalize the very definition of fear, because it is too multifaceted for one single view or point of view. Let's touch the fear of changing oneself, one's life, one's way of thinking, etc.
When I hear from a person about what a bad job he has, his wife, children stupid, eternal lack of money, and all around are thieves, crooks, for which, of course, crying prison, I just ask the person:
- ✔ Who was looking for a job for you?
- ✔ Why do you live with this woman?
- ✔ Who raised your children?
- ✔ Why did you think that all self-sufficient people are thieves?
Of course, the answers are obvious and can usually lead to resentment, but do you know why?
Because those who blame everybody around them and don't think about admitting the fact that it's him, and not someone else's fault for all their problems, will never be happy in any sphere of life.
It is very convenient to argue and condemn, shifting the responsibility to anyone but yourself, depicting the smartest face of a connoisseur of human sins, successes, actions.
Believe me, any of these "connoisseurs" will tell you how to live and what to do. In politics, in the family, in business, and anywhere, hypocritically evading his own impotence, zero in everything he does.
But you can only become a wealthy person under a few very important conditions. These conditions may seem very simple, but believe me, compliance with each of them requires a full commitment and a very difficult dialogue with your inner self, i.e. subconscious.
- ✔ You need to be able to think positively, radiating positive emotions anywhere, in any company, with any person, I repeat, with anyone, even if the person has committed meanness against someone or directly against you.
