Without the healthy and correct, necessary habits you need to come to where you want to go. Imagine that you want to have a beautiful healthy body. What habits should a person who has it have?

Many large and small in physical education, movement, nutrition, massage, self-care. He loves movement, loves his body, constantly experimenting with different exercises and sports, he is interested and pleased. He learns from different people, loves the company of those who are passionate about the same, he loves to wear beautiful clothes during all these actions. He likes to see himself in the mirror, to be proud of himself, to respect himself.

But to build his body he came through discipline (out of love for himself). He introduced and developed a whole system of habits that kept him in shape. He can already rely on these automatics in his life. It becomes much easier for him to live. He applies much less internal resources to stay in excellent shape. Probably 1% of what it would be like if it wasn't all automatic. Even if something bad happens, force majeure, he will return to these habits after a while, and they will pull him out.

Why does Hallie Berry look like that when he was 53? First of all, it's a system of healthy habits, self-discipline out of love for oneself. Money plays a secondary role here.

And these habits should be prescribed somewhere and gradually introduced.

Not just any foreign set of habits, but also to impose on yourself - to make an individual set from which squeaks, purrs your soul, from which inside warmly and interestingly.

Do you want to have a beautiful healthy body?

Often we may not be interested in bringing up healthy habits. The frustration of Health Resources, Image (in terms of Evolution). Wildly lazy to do exercises - "reluctant, not interesting, not necessary, not mine, then, tomorrow. I really want to eat something sweet (food addiction).

No images of the future, where you are healthy and beautiful, no awareness of it does not interrupt. And from an unhealthy way of life, there is also a low level of energy.

But at the same time, we want to be active at the age of 50-70, not to be a burden to our relatives, and not to be afraid that today or tomorrow some serious disease will break out? Do we want to bring up our children and see our grandchildren, or even great-grandchildren? Do not want to have spinal problems? Do you want to die before the time? Do we want to have healthy children? We want to give a worthy example to our children, which will leave a very significant imprint in terms of love for themselves and their health for the rest of their lives?

Then you must gradually rock yourself to the introduction of these so far undesirable, but useful healthy habits.

Even if they seem strange, unnecessary, superfluous, tense.

There are objectively important areas of life in which you should not only listen to your dreams and your "inner voice", especially since it is often the voice of addiction or a frustrated resource. And one of these areas is health. Without health, there will be no happiness.

What to do?

Talk, somewhere to explain, somewhere to be motivated by someone else's example (external flow), to combine what is useful with what is pleasant, to reward yourself for what is useful (but not harmful from the same area where we pump healthy habit). Dance with a tambourine around you and the necessary habits, inflating the flame of a small spark. To begin with, set a low bar for the first result.

To see the first small result, to rejoice at it, to be proud of yourself and to put energy from this result back into the business. Without habits, without automatics, we will simply forget to do all this during the day.

Because the day is full of other habits, plus someone constantly pulls us and distracts us. Especially when there are children. Because the will power is finite.

Will power to keep in mind everything you need to do during the day and do it no matter what.

Our prefrontal cortex is overwhelmed every day. And we either feel in the morning what a long and busy day it will be, and we say to ourselves, "Not today, I will do it tomorrow morning. Or we are tired and we say the same thing to ourselves.

Even if we are imbued with love for our bodies, in the whirlwind of streams and various force majors we all forget or fail to find strength.

And when you have a habit - you can even hover in the clouds, thinking about what you want, but the body does it - it clicks inside "so, at this time or after this action I go and do it.

Our lives are mostly made up of automatisms. Because it's easier for the brain - you don't have to strain yourself too much every time. That's why it produces one or another neural pathway or another and walks on it every day.

It is your set of habits that will lead you first of all to the place where you will find yourself in 10-20 years.

Do we want to change? Our goal is to create new neural connections.

Not only in terms of actions, but also in terms of thoughts and attitudes, in terms of new interests.
