- Ovviamente il primo passo è quello di prendersi cura di se. Questo non vuol dire solo nell’aspetto fisico, ma anche del tuo ambiente. Tenere in ordine la camera, pulita la camera, cercar di far pace con i tuoi pensieri. Ciò che ti circonda è il riflesso di ciò che sei dentro. Pertanto se il tuo ambiente è “sporco” o “disordinato”, probabilmente anche tu sei un po ’disordinato mentalmente. Conosci te stesso ed inizia a fare ordine.

- This step is the most difficult but important. STOP WORRYING! Concern, as the word itself says, means dealing BEFORE with something that does not yet exist or has not happened. Focusing on a concern will only increase the chances of that happening! It is absurd and foolish! If you want to PRE-TAKE CARE, start PRE-EMPLOYING yourself about how to do something GOOD and positive. The two most powerful forces in the world are FEAR and LOVE. The first condemns us to a life of suffering and only failures. The second gives us strength, courage and makes us act INSURED with fear.
