The autistic character has its positive aspects. These include the persistence of intellectual and aesthetic hobbies, tactfulness, unobtrusive communication, independence of behavior (sometimes even excessively emphasized and defended), compliance with the rules of formal business relations. Here, autistic persons, due to the subordination of feelings to the intellect, can provide role models. Difficulties for this characterological type are connected with joining a new collective, with the establishment of informal connections. Friendly relations develop with difficulty and slowly, although if they develop, they turn out to be stable, sometimes for life.

If a person with autism comes into your team, do not rush to establish informal relationships with him or her. Persistent attempts to penetrate into the inner world of such a person, "to get into the soul" can lead to the fact that he will shut himself up more, to leave himself.

The production activity of such a person may suffer from the fact that he wants to understand everything himself. This is the path leading to a high qualification, but often new knowledge and experience are much easier to obtain through communication with other people. In addition, excessive independence makes it difficult to switch from one issue to another and can make cooperation difficult. "Without getting into the soul" of such a person, it is important to organize his activity so that he could listen to the opinions of others.

Sometimes autistic persons follow the easiest path - they communicate only with those who look like themselves. This is partly correct, but it can reinforce existing character traits. But communication with an emotional, open, friendly friend sometimes completely changes the character of the person.

If you have such a character, then listen to good advice: do not seek to strengthen the isolation, detachment, restraint of feelings in communication. Positive personality traits, brought to an extreme degree, turn into negative ones. Try to develop emotionality and the ability to express feelings. Emotional firmness, certainty, the ability to defend your position - it is just as necessary for a man as the development of other qualities - intellectual, cultural, professional, business, etc. The lack of this suffers from human communication - one of the most valuable aspects of life.
