The animal kingdom is rich in animal species, all of which are different, all living and feeding in their own way. Each family has its own definite task that they perform. For example, insect predators clean the world of pests, in turn pests eat in order to then turn into useful insects as caterpillars, which turn into butterflies and pollinate flowers.
Animal world science is called Zoology, and it is also another offshoot of Biology science. The animal kingdom is divided into families: insects, birds, animals, crustaceans, spiders, worms and fish.
Insects. It is a very large family from the animal kingdom. These include anyone with 6 legs, such as butterflies, beetles, ants, bees and many others;
Birds. Animals that know how to fly and their bodies are completely apart from paws are covered with feathers;
Animals. They are divided into mammals and cold-blooded. Mammals are cats, dogs, and everyone else has a body covered in wool. Cold blooded are snakes, lizards and turtles;
Crustacea. These are animals that have a strong shell, they mostly live underwater. This kind of kingdom includes crayfish, crabs, shrimp;
Arachnoid. It is important to know that they are not insects, unlike insects spiders have 8 legs, not 6. These include spiders and scorpions.
Worms. There are many species of worms, there are those that live in water - leeches. And there are ordinary earthworms, we see them after every rain, they belong to the kind of ring worms;
Fishes. These are animals that live underwater. Their body protects a layer of scales, for breathing they use gills that filter water and fish receives oxygen.
Every species of animal plays a big role, so every species is very much needed in its own way. Without bees, there would be no honey, without poisonous insects and snakes, a lot of medicines would not be invented. Even small moths and malicious mosquitoes are no less needed than large elephants. Animals of different, herbivorous and carnivorous are also necessary.
All animals in nature are divided into certain classes depending on their characteristics. Even in ancient times, humans were already beginning to separate plants from animals. But, this process of division was very primitive, because then people didn 't even know how many classes animals had. Later, everything alive was divided into kingdoms, one of which is the kingdom of animals.
The animal kingdom is a huge class, includes many representatives. Almost every person will say that an animal is a creature that breathes, moves, feeds, but these are very primitive definitions. Primates, horses, bears and others fall under these descriptions, but people forget about amphibians. These include toads, tritons. In addition, there are also reptiles, which include evil strong crocodiles, as well as all kinds of insects, birds and fish. If we generalize the concepts of animal and man, in principle man can also refer to the class of animal kingdom.
Fauna - is the second name of the animal kingdom. The main so to say "business card" of this kingdom is that animals eat already ready food and move abundant. But, of course, there are exceptions that are not entirely committed to active life. There are animals that are superior in their warehouse of mind to other animals, but in fact the most developed animal is human. It is often the phenomenon that humans do not separate mammals and animals from each other. This phenomenon is a big mistake. The main difference of animals is that newborn babies are fed exclusively milk.
This kingdom is also subdivided into two types, single and multicellular. The name speaks for itself, the former consisting of one cell, the latter of several. In addition, there are predators herbivorous animals. Predators are more violent, they need to be, because they have to kill others to feed themselves. Herbivores feed on greens, but there are members of the species that can feed on both meat and herbs.
Without animals, the planet was not what it is today, animals are a component of the world cycle of substances. Evolution, as well as humans, does not bypass animals. Over the past millions of years, this kingdom has evolved, giving us today very intelligent and developed species of animals.
