Let the shoes rest
Change shoes frequently. Avoid wearing a pair of shoes for two or three days, giving the shoes a chance to breathe.
Your shoes need fresh air. Your feet need fresh air, and shoes are as well. If the air is fresh and sunny, don't hesitate to take off your shoes and let them sit outside and let them have a good rest!
Put the shoes in the trunk. In the winter, throw the stinky shoes on the car. Let them put them in the ice and snow for a few days. After you get it, wait until they slowly rise to room temperature before wearing.
Keep your feet clean.
Wash your feet every day and use a sterile soap every other day. If fungi or bacteria are the cause of foot odor, it is best to eliminate it from the root cause. Every time you take a bath, wash your feet with anti-bacterial and antibacterial soap.
Be careful to observe whether washing your feet with sterilizing soap every day will make your feet dry. Washing this day may make the foot dry. If you feel your feet are dry, you should moisturize your feet every day, or consider using the soap every other day.
Deodorant is used on the feet. This may sound weird, but remember that your feet are still stinky! Buy some deodorant on your feet (that is, you can't use it elsewhere) and use it every morning.
Baby powder.
If your feet are stinking because of sweating, then a good way to avoid sweating (in addition to keeping them breathable) is to rub baby powder or talcum powder. The talcum powder is very skin-friendly, with a mild scent and, more importantly, prevents sweating on the feet.
Apply baby talcum powder or talcum powder to your feet and put on your socks.
Sprinkle talcum powder on your shoes and wear shoes.
Baking soda.
Deodorize with soda powder. After taking off your shoes every night, spray some soda powder, then put the shoes on the balcony, take a shot of the two shoes before the morning, and take off the excess soda powder.
Cool the shoes.
Let the smell diverge. In winter, put the shoes in a sealable plastic bag (only one per bag is allowed) and then put the boots outside. Cold can kill many fungi or bacteria that cause foot odor.
Wear socks.
Try to wear socks. Breathable cotton socks can absorb a lot of sweat and keep the shoes dry.
When wearing flat shoes or high heels, you can choose socks that are not exposed. You can cut them to just cover the toes, soles, and heels.
Wear running socks. They are made from absorbent fibers to help their feet sweat.
Insole or lining.
Use cedar insoles or cedar blocks. Cedar has an antifungal effect and is often used to remove the taste in the closet. The cedar insole can always be placed in the shoes. Use the cedar block to take off the shoes at night and take it out before wearing it in the morning.
Use a deodorant insole. Cut the deodorant insole to the size of the right shoe, with different colors, for slippers, high heels or open-toe shoes.
Use a small piece of double-sided tape or a small amount of rubber to stick the insole to the sole to prevent the insole from sliding.
Use silver ion shoes inside. Silver ions have an antibacterial effect and inhibit the growth of bacteria that produce odors.
Use dry paper. Put a few pieces of dry paper directly into the shoes, they will quickly absorb the stench.
Regular cleaning.
If the shoes can be washed, always wash them. Whether it is washing with a machine or by washing it in the water with a washing powder. Be sure to wash the inside, and the shoes and insoles must be worn after they have dried out.
