Electronics Kawasaki announced that the new IMU system works with ABS, but it is not yet clear how advanced this tandem is - whether ABS will be able to work correctly in corners, as it is done on KTM, or it will be something like a unified braking system like on R1.
The S-KTRC traction control has five operating modes instead of three on the previous model. According to the engineers, the new system will be able to distinguish the driver's desire to make a "wheelie", when the torque on the wheels increases smoothly, from the sudden removal of the front wheel from the road and the intervention of electronics will occur just when it is necessary.
The launch control system has three operating modes. Like ABS, the launch control can be switched off completely with a special key. By controlling the engine braking control system, motorcyclists can choose the degree of engine braking depending on their own preferences.
The new ZX-10R is equipped as standard with a Quick Splinter, in combi
