- Recognize the limitations and vanity of worldly success. Think of the people who have achieved the success in life that you are so eager to achieve. Are they happier than you? Can you say that there is more love in their lives and more peace in their souls? By meditating, you can achieve a real inner success based on joy and tranquility, not on material success.

- Work out your own lack of affection. At first glance, this classic Buddhist advice may seem an impossible task. But the task in this case is not to instill in your heart indifference or to withdraw from the outside world, but to pay attention to how attachment to a certain result of your actions affects your studies of meditation and peace in your soul. It is one thing to act with one heart out of the best intentions and quite another desperately fighting for the result!

- Cultivate patience and perseverance. Classes of meditation, in addition to everything else, require the willingness to steadily follow the intended purpose. The maximum benefit of meditation can be achieved only in the case of regular, daily activities. By the way, such qualities as patience and perseverance in any case will be useful to you in life.

- Simplify your life. The more hectic and complex your life is, the more excited your brain is during meditation - and the higher your stress level is. You already have a busy schedule, and you all write and write new things into your diary - maybe, trying to avoid pauses, when you can stop, listen to your heartbeat, face to face with your fears, loneliness, emptiness, sadness? If you stop the race and listen to yourself, you can hear the voice of your inner wisdom.

- Be an honest and whole person. When you lie, catch and make a deal with your conscience, you can, of course. for a while hide from yourself - until the next session of meditation. That's when your conscience will wake up, and every sin you commit will begin to torment your soul. Meditation is a kind of a mirror of your soul. What you see in this mirror can make you reveal your positive potential as much as possible.

- Meet any situation with the courage of a real fighter. "Warriors of meditation" cultivate courage in themselves in order to abandon aggression and defensive position, not to be afraid of fears and open their hearts towards themselves and others. Of course, it's easier said than done, but meditation will teach you how to achieve it, and then you just need to stay ready to show courage and courage in real life situations. Ultimately, you can practice this quality at any time in your life.

- Trust in meditation technology - and yourself. It is useful to remember that mankind has been successfully meditating for thousands of years. At least, people have been meditating for much longer than they have been using, for example, personal computers or the Internet. The point is that almost every one of us can do it (for example, breathing or concentration). You just have to trust this technology, follow the appropriate instructions - and use the results.

- Dedicate yourself to meditating for the benefit of others. Tibetan monks call this bodicitta approach ("awakened heart") and consider it one of the most important conditions for successful meditation, which can radically change our lives. Researchers believe that prayers that ask for concrete results are much less effective than prayers that are offered in the name of saving one's neighbors. In other words, all the love you give to others will come back to you!
