Mens sana in corpore sano ... To many it seemed just a Latin aphorism, one of many, and yet nowadays the correlation between the state of physical and mental well-being is now certain, so much so as to be investigated by numerous tests and studies.
For the person to really perceive holistic well-being, it is strongly necessary that the human being can find a perfect balance between the environment, the mind and the body.
Doing it is not at all, you really have to work hard to find the balance that is still able to provide people with a feeling of well-being really greater.
Physical changes, on the other hand, provoke and impact on psychic changes. For example, when we get fat, we feel immediately less comfortable and we want to eliminate those extra pounds as soon as possible.
Of course, the opposite happens: falling into mental depression, we are led to gain weight, sleep less and always feel deprived of vital energy.
To be fit you need to be operational in youthful and stimulating work contexts. In this way, we can maintain both our physical, mental and psychological wellbeing. Sport is important
It improves both the physical and psychological appearance, reducing stress and alleviating negativity. Not only that, the sport allows you to decrease the level of the hormone cortisol, the main cause of stress.
The advantages of physical activity are undeniable and it is not by chance that many people use a training program to improve the relationship between physical and mental well-being.
A balanced diet
If you exercise daily and regularly, it is important to follow a healthy and proper diet. Why is that? The reason is simple: a well-balanced diet allows us to take all the nutrients necessary for our physical and mental well-being: vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, etc..
A good diet must include a lot of water, legumes and cereals, but also vegetables, fruit and animal proteins derived from fish or meat.
We must also remember that in addition to the importance of what to put in the dish, it is essential to plan snacks and snacks.
Avoid heavy meals in the evening, have a light and energetic breakfast and never skip meals.
What about music?

Breathing in pure air, drinking fresh water and walking through beautiful landscapes can be just as important for human well-being: people who live in close contact with nature are generally healthier and live longer.
Spending time with friends
Positive people make us feel better; negative people, on the other hand, make us feel depressed. For this reason, it is strongly recommended to spend a lot of time with your friends: they are those people who manage to make our lives more cheerful and fun. Spending time with cheerful people allows us to improve our physical and mental well-being.
Don't forget the present!
Many live with a look too anchored to the past; others to the future. The head, however, must be constantly focused on the present: in this way the objectives remain fixed in our minds and, as a result, we can achieve them more easily, also feeling very satisfied with the work.
