The expectant mother, who considers it mandatory for herself to receive the nutrients prescribed by nature daily, may expect the following results at birth:

He will have such thick hair that he will have to be cut on his birthday; his fingernails will be strong and long enough to need to be cut.

The child will have such strong muscles that he or she will be able to lift his or her head from the pillow at the age of 1 week; as he or she develops, a harmonious combination of his or her mental and physical abilities can be seen.

A mother must have plenty of milk to feed her child if she wants to.

The child will digest the food well and defecate normally. The child will have a rounded face. Each jaw will be shaped like a horseshoe, which helps to make sure that the teeth are evenly distributed. And most importantly, the child will be distinguished by good mental ability. When it comes time to go to school, it will be a real pleasure to see him or her succeed.

The condition of the child's teeth allows us to determine if the mother's nutrition was complete. Formed during the period of intrauterine development, the teeth are inside the gums at birth. By the nature of the teeth that appear, one can judge the level and completeness of the mother's and fetus' nutrition. In the case of good conditions of intrauterine development, which are of paramount importance, insufficient nutrition after birth will not have a very large impact on the child's body. The conditions in which a child develops in the womb is the basis, although it is often not given special importance in the modern civilization in which we live.

The pregnancy period of cows and women has much in common. I have made a lot of observations over the cows, and then applied the information obtained to pregnant women and children.

I remember the example of rapid delivery, which was told to me by a farmer after I recommended adding apple vinegar to the feed of cattle. Once we spent the whole day talking in his barn. He looked out into the yard and drew my attention to the cow who was in labor. He expected to finish cleaning the stalls in time to come out. But a few minutes later, when he looked out there again, the cow got back on her feet and went to the barn, there was a calf next to her. The calf had a strong, strong leg, in general, the perfect implementation of the nature plan.

The study of the human body allowed us to conclude that his state of health can be traced on a histological level, i.e. from studying the elementary particle of the body - the cell. Billions of microscopic particles called cells are structural units of our body. Cells are of various types, such as muscle, nerve, and bone cells, in addition to which myriads of blood cells circulate in plasma. Each cell has a certain shape and performs a certain function in the body, being a part of a single whole. Each cell of the body lives in a liquid medium. It is surrounded by a fluid that is in constant motion; there is never such close contact between the two cells as to stop the current. We have to wonder how the fluid reaches the cells located in different parts of the body. The arteries emanating from the heart carry blood to all the tissues of the body. Gradually they branch into smaller and tiny vessels and eventually pass into the thinnest, hair-like vessels, called capillaries. They are so numerous that it would be almost impossible to pierce any tissue with the thinnest needle in order not to tear one or more of them.

Each cell chooses from the liquid medium the food and oxygen it needs for its functioning, secreting (releasing) the waste substances generated during its life. Constant circulation of liquid is a necessary condition, as in case of its termination the cells can fade, or even die not only because of the cessation of supply of nutrients and oxygen but also in connection with the poisoning of waste substances.
