Traditional medicine was created based on the application of various medical and prophylactic means created by Nature itself, common sense and that incontestable fact that the state of Vermont represents one of the areas of the globe, which are distinguished by the most changeable weather conditions. Western winds dominate the latitude where this state is located. Of the twenty-six hurricanes that cross the United States on their way to the Atlantic Ocean, twenty-three pass through Vermont. Therefore, the weather changes frequently in the area, and the local population faces an important biological need to regulate the body's adaptive system for rapid changes in heat and cold, increased and decreased barometric pressure, seasonal changes in humidity and ionization of the air (atmosphere). In each case, such adaptation to climate conditions is reflected in changes in blood circulation. Skin should radiate heat, then keep it. All this gives a great load to the heart and blood vessels.

In folk medicine, methods are used to help the heart, blood vessels and blood supply (blood supply). So, avoiding conditions that cause heart attacks, can be extended the life of the heart, because it will not wear out too quickly. Your heart is the motor that guides the entire human body. Your body muscles, including your heart muscle, use sugar for their work. Researchers in our folk medicine, regarding the impact of the environment, nutrition and changes in the composition of food on animals and humans, show that it is very important for the human heart whether you supply it with natural sugar contained in honey, or refined, purified in the process of processing. You can spare your heart by using honey, which it will use in its work.

In normal operation, your heart can suck 6 ounces of blood in one heartbeat into the aorta from your heart.

The amount of sugar in your blood is one teaspoon. The amount of sugar is of vital importance when you halve it and lose consciousness. Increasing this amount to more than one teaspoon can cause diabetes. You need to pay a lot of attention to diet to better meet your body's sugar needs.

In our Nature created organism, sugar is used not only for direct work of the heart muscle but also is constantly absorbed through the walls of the intestine. Honey contains two types of sugars, one called dextrose, the other called levuleza. Honey contains 40 percent dextrose and 34 percent levulaise. When consumed, dextrose is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream. The levulesa is characterized by slower absorption and maintains a constant concentration of sugar in the blood. This helps prevent excessive increases in blood sugar concentration, which will not be absorbed by the body.

Vermont is the second largest state in the Americas in terms of population over 65 years of age. Recently, there were 40,000 people over this age and almost 2500 people reached this age every year. People between 69 and 80 years of age work on farms all day long as nothing has happened, and it is often possible to meet 80-year-old elders who work on farms not worse than younger ones. These Vermont residents extend their working lives by applying the physiological and biochemical laws of wildlife.

It is well known that the minimum life expectancy of an animal is five times longer than the period necessary for its full maturity. Chicken, which reaches sexual maturity in 5 months, can live freely for 2.5 years. A dog that reaches sexual maturity at the age of one year can live freely for up to 5 years. A chick who reaches sexual maturity at 2 years of age and starts giving milk at 2.5 years of age can live for 12 years, and a horse who reaches sexual maturity at 4 years of age can live for up to 20 years. Many animals live longer.
