Buddha birth and monk
Buddha's family history
In the southern foothills of the Himalayas, there is a tributary of the Ganges, named the Lopti River. In ancient India, on the banks of the river valley, there were ten small city-states of the Sakyamuni. Among them, the Kabira Acropolis in Hedong was the most powerful because of political cultivation.
Because the ancient Indian social class system is very strict, the Sakyamuni is one of the noble Kudili classes, so the Kabira Acropolis and the neighboring Shujia people of the Shuli City exchanged marriage to maintain the purity of bloodlines.
Birth of the Buddha
The Buddha was born on the eighth day of April 6th, BC (the equivalent of China’s 30-year-old Zhou Yiwang). His father was the lord of the city of Kabira, and the mother, Mrs. Mayer, was the princess of the city. According to the common example, the wife will return to her family’s hometown. On the way through the Lumbini Garden, she saw a worry-free tree, the flowers were full, and I wanted to reach out and pick, and the Prince was born.
Mrs. Mayer was over forty years old, her body was weak, and she died after seven days of birth. Since then, her sister Bobo Potif took the responsibility of raising the Prince.
The net rice king got his son in his later years, and he was very happy in his heart. So he discussed with the brave Brahman, and named him the prince. Siddhartha.
At that time, there was a reclusive monk, Ai Tuo Tuo, who came to the prince's prime minister to predict the future of the prince. If he was at home, he would become the holy king of the runner; if he was a monk, he would be a sensation. Jing Wang Wang Wen said that he could not help but be annoyed and feared that his son would be a monk.
Childhood life
The prince starts at the age of seven and must study classics every day. When he is a little older, he must learn to ride, shoot, and fencing. Although he gradually gained high attainments in both Wen and Wu, his favorite is to think about the mystery of life:
Where does life come from?
What is the real purpose of life?
Is there a destination at the end of life?
These life problems, even if philosophers are not easy to answer, the young Prince Siddhartha is naturally inevitably confused.
One day, Jingfanwang took the Prince to visit the countryside. The prince saw the farmers farming in the fields, sunburned in the sun, covered with mud, very hard; the cattle dragged the bulky plough, made the skin break the blood, the action was slower and whipped; in the open soil Some bugs were injured. When the birds saw it, they flew down and argued.
In nature, everything is weak and strong. The bugs die and the birds survive. Life and death, mutual dependence. Every life is extremely short-lived, and in the end it is even more inevitable.
Prince Siddhartha sat in meditation in the shade of the green, the heart of the compassion, and the thoughts of the world were deeply imprinted in his mind.
Prince's marriage
As the years passed, the King of the Kings was dying because of his age. He hoped that the Prince could inherit the throne and worry about the realization of the prophecy of the Amitabha. Therefore, when the Prince was 19 years old, he gave him a clever and loyalty. The princess of the city of Licheng is a singer.
Luxury life
The father built a cold, summer, warm, three-time palace and beautiful garden for the prince. He also selected a lot of palace enamel girls to serve him. He hoped that he would not want to give birth to a monk through the enjoyment of luxury life.
The days of joy are as flowing as the clouds. But this is not the ideal way of life that the Prince wants to pursue.
Resolutely become a monk
Later, the prince got the consent of the father, with the waiting to go out, seeing the impoverished old man at the east gate; seeing the painful and sick patient at the south gate; seeing the dead in the funeral at Simon, he saw the inevitable life. Suffering, can not help but say to the following:
"I am not free from the pain of this old, sick, and dead!"
Soon after, the prince came to the north gate and met a sand gate that repaired the van Gogh. At this time, the prince saw his elegant appearance, and he heard that he had said that he was a monk. He was trying to get rid of the pain of being old, sick, and dead. He could not help but praise.
Since then, the Prince is eager to be a monk. At the age of twenty-nine, his son Rothschild was born. At midnight, he took the attendant and crossed the white horse, quietly out of the palace, and rushed out of the city, then entered a forest, cut off long hair, took off his costumes, put on shackles, and sent away the servants. Prince Siddhartha has since become a monk.
