Even if you chase me through some periods of work, but she's my favorite, I want to do it, she fills me up. And that there is still stress, and there are kickbacks - well, somehow I will survive again, and again, and again. Everything is disguised by positive emotions from work.
But no. Your favorite work also brings harm and stress to the body, if you work a lot!
In general, it was an illusion to think that it concerns first of all unloved work, and on favorite, it is possible to plow and plow (well at least temporarily, a couple of jerks).
Compensation for all new rest and recreation
If I introduce more than anything new - some morning routine, new habits, if I do my daily exercises again, get up earlier than before, study the language, study - all this is stress. Because it hasn't happened in my life very recently.
Because right now my brain is working, cutting through new paths in the jungle, instead of driving on an asphalted highway. I've noticed this effect for a long time. I used to eat everything I wanted and didn't feel anything special - but now one Oreo cookie makes my head hurt. Previously, a long time ago, you can't help charging a month, and everything is quite good - now after 2-3 days of skipping the whole body is tired, there are pains, very much asks him to stretch. I used to walk in a tangle of negative emotions and nothing, lived somehow - now one of my joints, a negative situation, the conflict beats bells in my head.

I have the feeling that the smoother and cleaner it gets inside, the easier it is for any strong distortion to cause psychosomatic illness. If you have taken this path, you need to clear yourself further. Because at the same time and the cleaner and more evenly inside, the less you get sick.
You have to learn to accept life, people and situations even more evenly. To work on your pride, self-centeredness, infantilism - everything that leads to the feeling that you have been denied something, or to attempts to rise above others.
