Kefir diet
Kefir diet can be divided into strict monodieths (from 1 to 5 days) and low-calorie diets, including a light snack.
If the body is healthy and prepared for a severe shortage of food, as is often the case with athletes, it is possible to turn to monodieta. Preparing for a diet and a smooth exit from it is essential, as a sharp change of diet can lead to the opposite result - the body after the stress begins to accumulate fat, so as not to suffer from hunger and lack of energy.A prerequisite for any diet, including kefir, is the daily use of clean water. Recommended from 1.5 liters, but still each has its own norm, just listen to the body.
Leave the diet by gradually adding the usual products to the menu.
Three-day diet.
It consists in daily consumption of 1.5 liters of kefir, divided into 6 receptions. Only kefir and water (in unlimited quantity). As a result, you can lose up to 3 kg.
Seven-day diet.
In view of the long enough period of time such a diet is not suitable for people with gastrointestinal problems and stomach diseases. And for a healthy person it is a great way to cleanse the intestines to lose weight.
Weekly kefir diet
Drink 1.5 litres of kefir with a fat content of 1 to 2.5% daily, adding certain products every day.
First day: 4 medium sized boiled potatoes;
Second day: 150 grams of boiled chicken breast;
Day three: 200 grams of boiled beef, it is better to choose veal - it is softer and better digested meat;
Fourth day: 150 grams of fish per pair, onions and herbs can be added;
Day five: fresh vegetable salad or 1 kg of green apples;
The sixth and seventh day is completely on mono diete.
This diet allows you to lose up to 5 kg.
A nine-day diet.
This variant can be confidently referred to a rigid diet, as it is allowed to eat only kefir and apples/vegetables/meat according to a certain scheme.
In the first three days you can drink only kefir 1% and water. You can control the amount of liquid you drink yourself. This is usually 2 litres of kefir and 2 litres of water.From day 4 to 6, you can choose between apples, fresh vegetables or boiled meat (chicken, turkey or veal). The main thing is to choose one product instead of alternating all three.7,8 and 9 days - mono dietary on kefir and water.
Striped diet
A striped kefir diet
The most gentle version of the kefir diet, allowing you to alternate kefir and normal meals after one day. This method implies a gradual adaptation to the body to reduce the amount of food consumed. A diet can last up to a month and a half, during which time you can actually say goodbye to 8 kg of excess weight.
On a kefir day you need to drink 2 liters of sour milk drink and a liter and a half of clean water, as well as green tea. Apples are allowed to be eaten to blunt the hunger.On a normal day, you can eat anything you want from a low-calorie, balanced diet.
1.Kefir cocktails
As a variety, it is possible to drink 2.kefir cocktails, with the addition of healthy vitamins and a full-bodied low-calorie snack, rather than pure kefir.
1.Fat burning: add 1 spoonful of cinnamon powder (preferably freshly ground), 1-2 p.l. of grated fresh ginger to a glass of kefir. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Drink before and after meals. In the first case, the cocktail will dull the appetite, in the second - will help accelerate the metabolism process. If you want to increase the effect, add a pinch of red pepper.
2.Beet: Mix 2 glasses of freshly squeezed red beet juice with 2 glasses of kefir, 1 tsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of rosehip syrup for taste. It is better to mix everything in a blender. This combination helps to accelerate the metabolism.
3.Vegetable: mix in a blender 2 tbsp. kefir, 3 small cucumbers, dill, parsley, celery and any other herbs to your taste. The resulting cocktail can be salted, it perfectly quenches thirst and hunger in hot summer weather.
4.Honey: Sweetums can make a healthy cocktail of honey, kefir and cinnamon. You can also add a couple of spoons of bran.
Allowed products. Allowed products include all herbs, all fresh vegetables - they are rich in fiber, which only enhances the effect of intestinal cleansing, fruits other than grapes and bananas with a high glycemic level, dried fruits. Besides, boiled and baked products are allowed - potatoes, meat (chicken, turkey, beef).
Contraindications
Despite the availability of the product, lose weight on kefir should be wisely, as any restriction may be undesirable in the presence of certain diseases.
Follow strict kefir diets are not recommended for people in the presence of the following contraindications:
Stomach ulcers or gastrointestinal ulcers;
Pancreatic diseases;
Kidney disease;
Diabetes mellitus;
Pregnancy;
Adolescent age;
Individual lactose intolerance.
In addition, including kefir cocktails in the diet should be considered and contraindications to the constant use of their ingredients. For example, cinnamon should not be used at low blood pressure, blood clotting problems, any inflammatory processes.
