Think positive - Tip 1: Smile
Smiling takes less muscle than looking grim, that's proven. That should not be the reason why you are smiling. Smile has two very nice effects on you and your mood:
1.) You yourself tell us others that you have a happy moment when you smile. Short happy moments can be easily created e.g. by listening to a beautiful song. Consciously enjoy this moment and smile, you will soon realize that it affects your mind and you can easily think positive.
2.) Smile also works subconsciously - if you smile more, your brain releases more happy hormones. You may not notice this immediately, but if you smile for a few hours, you'll definitely feel better in the end.

Think positive - Tip 2: Surround yourself with people who give you a positive feeling
Sounds easy, but often we do not act that way, whatever the constraints.
Do you know this moment, when a meeting with a friend or a girlfriend is pending and you feel the pure anticipation? Or if you just have to think about a friend and already a smile flits across your face?
