Today we will cook a simple and delicious Marshmallow 🙂
Ingredients
- Sugar 300 gr
- Water 150 ml for sugar
- Gelatin 1 pack + 100 ml of water
- Vanilla Sugar 0.5 pack or Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Cooking
Pour gelatin into a bowl, add water and leave to swell. Pour sugar and vanilla into the saucepan, add water and put on medium heat for 10 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in a water bath. Pour sugar syrup and dissolved gelatin into a bowl of the mixer, beat for 10-15 minutes until solid peaks. We transfer the whipped mass into a pastry bag or a pastry syringe. Marshmallows of various shapes are planted on parchment. Leave to dry overnight. In the morning you can serve on the table, for tea or coffee. Bon Appetit!
