The subconscious is our most reliable partner in achieving success

The subconscious is our most reliable partner in achieving success. It is as powerful and limitless as the universe. It listens to thoughts swarming in the depths of the brain and immediately draws its conclusions. The preferred language for subconsciousness is the language of images. Although it understands the language of words equally well, it is more easily influenced by images. That's why visualization is the most effective way to deliver a message to the subconscious about what you want. Using the rules of visualization (discussed below) and knowing what visualization mistakes can be made (also discussed below), we are able to achieve experience and some skills not through training, but through a mental image during a short rest.

For many people, the visualization of desires is the main component of their imagination. For example, a characteristic feature of many geniuses is their extraordinary ability to visualize. In fact, people like Albert Einstein, Leonardo da Vinci, Walt Disney, Nicola Tesla and even Wolfgang Mozart explained their creative genius by their ability to visualize. We all face problems from time to time. However, waiting for the worst to happen, it plunges us into prostration and deprives us of the ability to act effectively. But if we "throw" our minds and hearts through an obstacle in our imagination, our physical bodies will be able to overcome it. The result is an inevitable consequence of the direction of thought.

To discuss the possibilities of visualization and the very fact of its existence have become relatively recent. However, visualization has been used for centuries. Buddhism, for example, has a special role for it. But not only Buddhists visualize, visualization techniques are used in different spheres of our lives. Subconsciousness is not an imaginary concept. This is your absolutely real integral part. Subconsciousness is like a supercomputer, designed to help you in every way possible in your life.

Throughout your life, you have programmed your subconscious with thinking habits and beliefs. Your thoughts also become your habits. There is no fundamental difference between the habit of tying your shoelaces in a certain way and the habit of thinking about yourself in a certain way. Repetition gives rise to a habit. These psychological habits are superimposed on what you hear from important people (such as your parents) and on your own life experience, creating an incredibly complex belief system that helps you understand and live in the world around you. The subconscious does not engage in creative thinking. It is not his or her responsibility. Nor does it understand the difference between "fictional" and "real". Any thought that repeats itself over and over again, any visual image that you create and constantly reproduce in your consciousness, becomes part of the "operating system" that you program in your subconscious.

You can change jobs, break relationships, move on, and so on, but if you don't change your consciousness from the inside, you will simply continue to attract into your life everything that you used to do, or at best you will only achieve short-term changes. You will change the "shape" - the person, the place of work, the place of residence - but not the "content".

So by repeating positive, optimistic, self-confident thoughts over and over again until they become a habit, you will replace old habits with new ones, creating new neural paths based on the "I can become/do/have..." thinking, with the old neural paths atrophied.
