Guinea pigs are small children who need to be cared for as much as other family animals. What should we be ready for?
Pigs' hair care.
With short-haired mice there are less problems. It is possible to comb them out, but there is no need to do so. If you want to brush the mumps with short hair, choose only soft brushes.
Long-haired guinea pigs will need to be crossed at least 3 times a week. Work hard on the stomach and hind legs. There are often tangles there.
