Best countries for travel

Iceland One of the biggest discoveries I've had lately is Iceland. It has left me with incredible impressions: I am sure that every person should visit this country at least once in his or her life. Here the whole nature is awesome and wherever you are, there is always something to see - waterfalls, glaciers, endless green hills and plains. In Iceland I saw the northern lights for the first time in my life: I remember shouting with delight. When going here on a trip, you should definitely bring waterproof jackets and pants, as well as comfortable shoes for hiking. A warm jumper is also useful, but even if you don't take it, there are great sheep's wool sweaters for sale here. By the way, this sweater will be the best souvenir from Iceland. I also advise to book a car in advance: they are very quickly disassembled, and renting a car right at the airport can be very problematic. If we are talking about the places to visit, we should start with the most powerful Dettifoss Falls in Europ

Iceland

One of the biggest discoveries I've had lately is Iceland.

If we are talking about the places to visit, we should start with the most powerful Dettifoss Falls in Europe. Also, be sure to visit Cape Dirholay, a place where you will stop breathing from a single view. And, of course, go to the Blue Lagoon, named after the unique blue ice.

Going on a trip to Iceland, keep in mind that this is a rather expensive country, even by European standards. A trip alone can be very expensive: an average trip of 10 days for one person will cost about 2000 euros, so it is better to go in large groups. However, Iceland is absolutely worth any money.

DOLOMITE ALPS

For me, one of the most beautiful places on the planet is the Dolomite Alps, especially in autumn. South Tyrol is a unique place in general, and you'll know this as soon as you see that you stop to take pictures every five minutes during any walk.

It's best to go to the Alps with someone who can drive (unless you have a license, of course), and it's also worth taking a folk-style outfit on the road to match the surrounding scenery. I also highly recommend a ten-kilometre track to Mount Tre Chime, a visit to Bryes and Karetsza Lakes and Dobbiako (if you're lucky, you'll find snow-white swans on the blue surface of the lake) and a cable car ride up the Fritchcia - a restaurant overlooking the valley surrounded by dolomite peaks will be waiting for you upstairs. And the cherry on the cake can be the village of Santa Magdalena with its snow-white church, which looks like a postcard photo. By the way, I advise you to bring back the photos as souvenirs, not endless magnets or other trifles.

There shouldn't be any problems with the food on the trip: however, keep in mind that Tyrol used to belong to Austria, and this has left its mark on the local cuisine. It seems that most of the options on the menu are Italian, but obviously Austrian influence - here and there are various types of sausages.

As for prices, if you like to travel with comfort, prepare to spend about 1500 euros per person.

JORDAN

Jordan is the best country to warm up after Moscow's autumn rains: you can get out here for both weekends and five days. By the way, it is very easy to go on a trip, because no lengthy paperwork is needed: a visa for Russian citizens is set on arrival and costs about $30.

The first place to go is the ancient city of Petra, a unique architectural monument carved right in the rocks more than two thousand years ago. It is included in the list of new wonders of the world, and I strongly advise to visit it twice: at dawn and late at night. During these periods, there are almost no tourists here and you can feel the special spirituality of these places: be sure to look at the palace of El Hazneh and the temple of Al-Dair.

I also recommend to get to the Wadi Rum desert, which resembles the surface of Mars or the film set of "Transformers" (by the way, here is where the blockbuster was shot). Of course, don't miss the opportunity to get to the Dead Sea, if you haven't seen it before.

The hardest thing to do in Jordan is to go home without the huge bags of souvenirs that are sold everywhere and, most importantly, many really attractive things - carpets, rings and more. Just don't forget to haggle, the trick still works here.

As for the price of the trip, everything depends on your budget. There are a lot of hot tours, which cost an average of 400-700 dollars per person, but, most likely, in this case, there are not very good hotels. If you like to think about everything, you can buy air tickets that cost from 300 dollars per person and book a hotel a month before the trip: good 4-5 stars will cost from 100 dollars per night.
