In order for the images created in our imagination to become truly effective and transform our reality, these images themselves must become as real as possible. Everything that surrounds us in reality, we perceive not only visually, but also with the help of other senses.

We hear sounds, smell and taste, and touch. If in our imagination we saturate our mental images with the same feelings, they will have a much better chance of being realized in reality. To practice this, do the following.

Choose one or more of these images and present them in turn in as much detail as possible:

- you hold a bright yellow lemon in your hand;

- you cut a big red apple, then you eat it, you taste it and smell it;

- you touch the cool glass with your palm of your hand;

- you touch the rough concrete with your palm;

- your feet walk on the hot sand;

- your feet walk on cool, silky grass;

- you taste sweet strawberries in your mouth;

- You drink cool water on a hot day;

- You pick strawberries and eat them;

- You are on the seashore, you hear the sound of the surf, you feel the splashes of water on your skin, the sun baking and the touch of a warm breeze;

- you are in the forest, you smell pine trees heated by the sun, you hear birds singing and grasshoppers' dragonflies;

- you hold in your hands a magnificent bouquet, in which at least five varieties of flowers (see which ones), you touch it, breathe in the aroma, see the volume, color, size of each flower.

You can create any mental images you want and connect all the senses to their perception. Practice it every day and you'll learn how to quickly and easily create any of the most complex images in their fullness, brightness and dimensionality in your imagination.

How can relaxation help you fulfill your desires?

Let's now explore the relaxation connection. How does a simple action like relaxation allow us to succeed in such an important question as fulfilling our desires?

The average person's brain functions in the frequency range from 1 to 20 cycles per second: 20 cycles in a vivacious state, from 1 to 4 cycles in a dream, and extremely seldom at intermediate frequencies, only when falling asleep and waking up. However, it is the intermediate frequencies that provide the conscious use of the right hemisphere of the brain, our spiritual connection. The ideal frequency for thinking is at the center of the frequency spectrum and is 10 cycles per second. This is what scientists call the alpha level or alpha state.

People who think and analyze their problems, centered on the alpha level, receive help on the other hand - from the subconscious.

When they get an answer, even if it comes in the form of a hunch, the probability that they are right is many times greater than the probability of error. You can say that these people receive divine inspiration or, if you like, act instinctively or intuitively. They work for creation, not against it.

They get help from the other side only because they are on the alpha level. Many of you may be disappointed with the ease of contact. Just like that. And you've always known this formula, you've used it in everyday life.

How?

Well, you come home in the evening after a hard day's work, relax in a comfortable chair and draw your problems: how bad things are going, how expensive everything is, how small your home is, how old your furniture is, what a sick child is, and so on. And you are worried.

When you relax and paint these images, you create. But what is it? You do things you don't want to do. You give your problems extra energy. And shouldn't you be surprised that your concerns are only getting worse? Now all this is changing. You will use the formula to create solutions, not problems. And changes for the better are bound to happen in your life!
