When to use honey

Copper probably stimulates the therapeutic ability of iron to restore blood hemoglobin in patients suffering from anemia. In other words, copper activates iron. However, we do not have accurate data on the benefits of manganese as a food component, but we do know that this element is a necessary component of the diet.

Some believe that its functions are either sick or less similar to copper or that it performs an auxiliary function, in addition to the action of copper, to form hemoglobin in the blood. Others, however, believe that only copper helps the iron to form hemoglobin. However, manganese has been shown to have a very specific function in the body's nutrition process.

What is the vitamin content of honey? Since honey is a great, natural product, you might think that it should contain vitamins. Pollen of many flowers is characterized by a higher vitamin C content compared to almost any kind of fruit or vegetable. Honey contains (pollen. Honey with the highest pollen content contains more vitamin C than other honey.

There is an interesting fact that honey is a wonderful environment in which vitamins are preserved, which is not always the case with vegetables and fruits. For example, the torn spinach loses 50% of its vitamin C content within 24 hours. When stored, the fruit loses a significant part of its vitamins. Like most foods with a high concentration of sugar, there is little thiamine in honey, but a fairly large amount of riboflavin and nicotine acid. However, honey contains all the vitamins that dieticians consider necessary for health.

If cane sugar and starch are subjected to inversion in the gastrointestinal tract under the influence of enzymes, turning into simple sugars, honey is a product already ready for assimilation by the body, processed by bees. The body of a healthy person is able to digest sugar. But for a patient who lacks two enzymes: invertase and amylase, and whose inactive digestive system, the consumption of honey is of great importance, the body gets rid of the excessive load - the process of inversion of sugars.

Honey is not only a delicious product that can be consumed for dessert in different forms, but it is also a valuable complex of nutrients that play a major role in (assimilation processes). It quickly releases the energy spent during the period of the greatest daily activity of a person. Below is a number of advantages of honey over other sugars:

  • 1. it does not irritate the mucous membrane of the digestive tract.
  • It is easily and quickly absorbed by the body.
  • 3. quickly releases the necessary energy.
  • 4. It allows athletes and athletes who use a lot of energy to recover quickly.
  • 5. Sugars are the easiest to pass by kidneys.
  • 6. It has a natural, slightly relaxing effect.
  • 7. It has a calming (sedative) effect on the body.
  • 8. It is an affordable and not too expensive product.

As a doctor, I am most attracted to the therapeutic and healing properties of honey, which play a major role in a person throughout his life. Where else can you find such an effective soothing agent that has a beneficial effect on the nervous system of easily excitable people, without causing harm to the body, like honey? Or what kind of sleeping pills can be better than natural honey? Honey also has a calming effect on the stomach.

Honey reduces sharp, irritating cough, reduces the pain of arthritis.

I remember a schoolteacher who said she got rid of arthritis thanks to honey. (For a long period of time, she was in a lot of pain and she decided to pay serious attention to honey. Later, she was transferred to another school, she lived and dined in a farmer's family, where honey had been used for centuries instead of sugar, and it did not come off the table. By the end of her first year as a new teacher, her arthritis had disappeared, and most likely because of the healing properties of potassium-containing honey, the lack of which had previously been felt by her body.

Honey also helps old people in maintaining their health. It is a shame to hear people explain their refusal to eat honey, allegedly because it is more expensive than sugar. I always prove to them that health is more expensive and should not be saved. Otherwise, after a certain period of time, you will still spend money on medicines if you miss the health you need to protect your youth, and that is the biggest saving. Honey fills in the many gaps in the litany, in the nutritional value of daily consumed foods.
