Everyday Princess

You today my (Continuation of history 5)

"I loved you, Eva Farlow, I loved you. And I guess you never loved me..."

I looked up and saw my boyfriend behind the drum kit. He gave himself one hundred percent. Was in sight, that guy real professional. Now I know why all the girls are crazy about him-Roger is really beautiful.
It was evident that the guy was looking for someone in the crowd, he often looked into the hall.
Suddenly there was a crash, but the group was so engrossed in the performance that they did not pay attention to it.
After a few seconds, the crackling came with more force and something began to spark. I glanced up, the scenery ready to collapse in an instant.
No! Roger!  I said.

Suddenly, part of the scenery collapsed in the place where the drums were. Guitarists and vocalist picked up the drummer and carried backstage.
Everyone started shouting and running out of the hall, fearing the collapse of the entire part of the scenery that was also in the auditorium. My heart began to pound, and I feared for Roger's life as I pushed my way through the crowd toward the stage. It was almost impossible because of the smoke and the crush, but I gathered all my strength into a fist and began to push people aside with even more force.
Tears began to roll down my cheeks one by one. Fear took over completely. Fear for Roger's life. I don't know why I was so worried about him.
"Oh, no! Fire! Hurry, everybody out! "Hey!" a guy yelled.
I looked towards the stage, flames were everywhere. It was very hard to breathe, and the coughing was worse, but I had to go backstage to find Roger.
There was panic, everyone shouting and cursing the day. Many people have just fell on the floor.
My vision began to darken, my legs began to give way. I covered my mouth with my jacket sleeve and pushed my way to the wings. There was still a little, but suddenly the earth went from under his feet. There was a ladder up ahead that I couldn't see, so I rolled down it to the service area. I hit my head on the door and fainted.

Emma sat in the kitchen and watched the social media feed. Suddenly she got a call from Jim.
Hi, Emma. How are you, how is Eva?" Are you all right?" - voice guy was agitated.
- Hey, it's okay. Why do you ask?"
- Turn on the TV, you'll understand!
Emma picked up the remote and pressed a button.
"The exact number of victims is unknown. The cause of the fire in the club "* * * " is also being investigated. the voice on the TV screen said.
Emma couldn't believe her ears. She sat down on the sofa in silence and said to Jim in a low voice:
Eva's there. She's in this club.
"What?" Emma! Speak louder — " cried his friend.
"She's gone to a concert!" Eva's there! — no longer holding back his emotions, almost crying, said the girl.
I'll pick you up."

A few minutes later, Emma and Jim went to the scene.
— I knew she'd go there!" As soon as I saw the poster, I recognized the guy, " he shouted.
"I hope Eva's alive, as long as she lives, or I'll never forgive myself for letting her go," Emma roared nonstop.
Girl very loved its friend, although they often were fighting. Only now did she realize how close she was to her.
A thick column of black smoke could be seen from afar. The car stopped a block away, and the friends ran toward the burning club.
A terrible picture appeared before them-the building almost burned down, it was extinguished by firefighters. Many ambulances and police officers cordoned off the club and did not allow to approach the onlookers, who gathered a lot. Every minute brought out injured and already dead people.
Emma covered her mouth with her hand, and the girl was hysterical.
"She must be dead, Jim!" I can't believe this!  Emma dropped to the ground and covered her face with her hands.
"Don't say that! She's alive, I'm sure!  Jim picked her up off the pavement and decided to take her to the car.

In the car, Jim held ammonia to Emma's nose to steady Her.
"I feel better, thank you," she said after a few minutes.
The guy started the car.
- Where?
- Hospital! All victims most likely were taken to the first city. Let's pray eve's there — " Jim said, sighing.

Jim ran into the hospital lobby, Emma barely keeping up with him. There were a lot of people who were also excited about the fate of their loved ones or friends who were in the club at the concert. Doctors bustled and ran from Department to Department, examining victims and providing first aid.
Guy first flustered, but suddenly saw girl in the white Bathrobe, which teetered about registry.
"Excuse me," Jim said to the doctor, his voice trembling — " we're looking for a girl who was at the club...
Emma interrupted him:
— Tell me, did you eve furlough?
The doctor had a list of admissions in her hand, and she skimmed the lines and answered:
"I'm afraid not." Some of the victims didn't have their papers with them, so I can't give you a name.
- Eva is 21 years old, she has blonde hair, petite girl.
— Many victims fit that description, it was obvious that the girl really wants to help but can't do anything.
"Let us through, we'll find her," Jim said confidently.
- We pass only relatives to victims, excuse, - the physician told and wanted to depart as the guy answered it.
"I'm her fiance."
Emma rolled her eyes, but she knew it was a good lie.
The doctor sighed and answered:
— Nicely. Just wait a minute.
Jim turned to Emma and said, taking her hand:
- Wait for me here, I'll come back with good news.
Emma shook her head and moved closer to the wall.
About twenty minutes passed, but Jim was still gone, and Emma began to worry. Suddenly she noticed that a familiar silhouette with a rewound head appeared around the corner.

Roger!
The guy heard someone call out to him, he looked away and saw Emma, she looked confused. The blond walked over to the girl and said:
- Hey, what are you doing here?
Eva... She went to your performance... — the girl closed face with her hands and something inaudible was said.
What Emma said next Roger could not hear. My ears began to ring, and my head ached even more.
"Is she alive?" "what is it?" he asked slowly.
"We don't know. Jim went to look for her with the doctor because she's not on the list.
"Jesus," the drummer said softly, and leaned against the wall.

Meanwhile, Jim found eve in one of the wards. The girl lay unconscious, her blond hair spilling over the pillow, her skin color almost blending with the crisp white linen.
"Thank God she's alive —" he whispered, standing near the transparent doors to the ward.
The doctor leafed through the documents and answered:
"Because the girl inhaled carbon monoxide, her cerebellum was damaged...  She has stage three or severe carbon monoxide poisoning. I'm sorry, but we're doing everything we can, now we just have to wait.

Thank you for attention!
