Success entails new success, and you have already succeeded in many areas.
The more you feel the energy emanating from these previous victories, the more you attract outside success.
Therefore, make such lists. Feed your brain. Work hard. Live actively. Never belittle your merits.
Never stop believing in yourself. Do not wait for the manna from heaven - start creating, as John Lennon said, "the future of today."

As I wrote earlier, psychologists are sure that most people are used to focusing on their own mistakes.
In the human mind, personal failures are perceived as sore spots on the body. They interfere with full existence and can become a cause for regret and bitterness.
However, few of us pay attention to local achievements and insignificant goals achieved.
Why, then, does the achievement of success, albeit not of such a massive scale, seem to us for granted?
If you force yourself to focus on small victories, everything can instantly change.
In a recent study by Stephen Kramer and Teresa Embail, employees of the Harvard Business School, almost 12 thousand entries were viewed in the diaries of 238 employees from various companies. Thus, the so-called principle of progress was revealed.
Before venturing into the experiment, experts from Harvard Business School devoted 15 years to studying the issue.
During this time, Embail and Kramer discovered a curious pattern.
It turns out that the person’s internal perception is one of the most important determinants of motivation. In order to better understand the relationship between people's feelings and current results, the researchers asked the members of the project teams to answer the questions of the questionnaire sent in electronic form at the end of the working day.
The experiment lasted 4 months. At the end of each working day, participants described their emotions, mood, motivational level and determined the comfort of the working environment. Also, volunteers had to highlight the most important events for the current period of time. The study involved 26 project teams from seven companies.
After reading 12 thousand diary entries, scientists have identified a clear pattern. A more positive perception of oneself and one’s current results, such as a sense of accomplishment, satisfaction, happiness and euphoria, are real engines of progress.
Based on the information received, scientists have identified the so-called principle of progress.
In their opinion, all things are important that can improve the quality and level of human emotions.
We spend a third day at work, and some people have a more busy schedule. Therefore, the perception of yourself during the working day is very important to achieve a meaningful and productive result. Here, apart is the main criterion for moving forward - the achievement of progress, albeit insignificant.
If a person moves little by little, he develops anyway. The more often people see their own progress, the more they focus on this, the more productive and creative they can become in the long run.

According to scientists, daily progress can work wonders.
Of course, the achievement of some large, especially desired goal most often brings euphoria.
However, such things sometimes happen only once a year, or even several years.
What should people do in between such grandiose events? No need to be sad about missed opportunities or lament over the lack of motivation. It is better to refocus your attention on daily small, seemingly very insignificant achievements.
Any victory, albeit insignificant, increases self-esteem and a sense of self-confidence. These useful emotions trigger the flywheel of the engine, leading to new achievements. Many of the events indicated in the notes of the participants of the experiment we presented provided little advance. However, this produced a staggering positive effect.
What happens if you record achievements every day?
Scientists explain how the practice of recording events of current progress helps to evaluate small victories, and how this helps to improve further results.
People using this method increase their self-confidence.
Any achievement, even the most insignificant, helps to activate the part of the brain that is responsible for the reward. When this path opens, important chemicals are released. These hormones give a person a sense of happiness and pride.
