Why mix coins

Bitcoin is not entirely anonymous. In fact, anyone who knows only one of your addresses can track the entire history of your transactions and learn a lot of information about you - who you trade with, where you buy, and how rich you are. This is called Blockchain Analysis.

Why mix coins

Using Bitcoin doesn 't protect your anonymity. That 's because Bitcoin works with the public ledger, which means anyone can see and follow up every transaction you 've ever done. From when you buy coins to when you cash them... They can be monitored. And if anything along the way might involve your personality - for example, if you bought or sold with your bank account, face-to-face with cash or even with an in-store voucher with a CCTV system - then an agency with suitable tools could Theoretically find you without much trouble. Classic examples of people who can monitor your online activity and reveal your identity are law enforcement, people with discontent or hackers who have noticed you are moving large amounts of money.

But by "mixing" your bitcoins, you essentially break the link between your identification and your transactions - the Bitcoins blender allows you to prevent analysis of a chain of blocks by exchanging your coins for others. In other words, you put your coins in one "pot," and we send you coins from another "bank," breaking the chain.

It goes without saying that coins should only be withdrawn to a clean bitcoin wallet.
