With a low or absent official salary, it will be difficult to get a loan. However, many banks are willing to lend to workers with a "gray" salary. Interest rates, however, may be higher than for those who have everything in white.
And the main problem is that an employee with a “gray” or “black” salary completely depends on the goodwill of the employer.
Given that this employer is already deceiving you, the tax authorities, and the pension fund, it’s hardly worth counting on its decency. Upon dismissal, you may not be paid the “black” part of your salary and statutory compensation. They may not take this money into account on holiday pay and will definitely not take it into account when calculating sick leave. By the way, a new conscientious employer will not be able to do this with all the desire, since the sick leave directly depends on your salary at previous jobs.
Nevertheless, when you quit (as well as with other serious violations of your rights), it’s worth fighting. The fact is that a “black” or “gray” employer risks incomparably greater risks for an employee, and in any conflict he will quickly backtrack if he is firmly held.
To do this, you need to have evidence of real salary. It would be nice to start saving them up with an interview, recording it on a voice recorder. But copies of the statement, bank card statements, witnesses, etc. are also suitable.
There are many ways to threaten an employer
Through the media. A public scandal that might catch the attention of law enforcement can do much more damage than the small savings on your compensation.
With the help of the tax office. Recall that by paying your salary in various "creative" ways, your employer commits a crime.
With the help of labor inspection. It makes sense to do this if the agreed salary is not paid or is delayed.
