Work with soul

Why is the product of one is something beautiful and it turns the other kind of nonsense? Like and inputs the same and make two people the same, and it turns out the candy, and another kind of absurdity.

The thing is that one does his job for the sake of satisfying the sense of beauty, he wants to make it better than everyone else, and the other works only for the sake of earning.

This difference I call - " work with the soul."

Work with soul and motivation

It may seem that there is some mystery. Some may even think that one is given, and others do not.

The third can blame the irresponsibility and laziness of the person. However, the difference between them is in motivation.

Where does motivation come from? Motivation arises from personal goals. Making money is not a personal goal, but a necessity.

Therefore, it is not surprising that a person who earns money does not strive to do his job well.

It can be compared to a game. When we choose a game, we naturally want to win it, just because we like it. If we are told to play something we are not interested in, we will play it reluctantly.

Imagine a man working a job he hates. All he wants to do is to get home as soon as possible and finally get down to what he really likes and what he has the strength for.

No wonder he would treat his work as something he had to get rid of as soon as possible.

Such a person does not think about the result, but only about how to work less.

The person who does the work with the soul enjoys the process. He sees in his work not just a sequence of actions — he sees in his work beauty, treats it as a work of art. It is quite natural that with this attitude, a person can achieve excellent results in it.

Don't blame the former, it's not their fault. They were just unlucky to find their way. After all, we all have things we hate to do.

Why do some people have motivation and others don't?

All people are very different. Heard somewhere that the brains of men differ more than, for example, rat brains from the brains of squirrels.

This entails a completely different adaptation of us to different jobs. And the difference can be literally at the biological level.

Someone is better able to draw, someone to analyze text information, the third to write books, and the fourth has an over-developed spatial thinking.

When we begin to engage in activities that are not core to our brains-the brain begins to protest that we are not effectively spending their resources.

If we still need to do it, for example, for survival, then we begin to think - " OK. For the sake of survival, we will work. But we will spend minimum efforts".

Can you blame a Fox for not liking to be chained up like a dog? Can you blame a squirrel for not wanting to climb the sewers like a rat, or a rat for not being a good tree climber?

Can you blame people for not liking a job they're not meant for?

It's simple. We like the work that we do easily. Someone easily from of nature, thanks to what have him so the brain works. Another is easy, because he trained some ability.

Such people may like what infuriated them before, but they cannot go too far from their nature.

People do not choose activities according to their predisposition, but often because of some material considerations.

Because of this, they choose an area where obviously doomed to failure, due to lack of motivation and abilities. Maybe it's still worth to pay attention to the work that brings us pleasure?

I'll tell you a story. In childhood knew one person. who was interested in nothing but growing flowers. He was probably the worst student at school and everyone predicted him a sad future.

In General, it seemed to us a strange type. And recently I found out how he's doing. So, now he owns some giant farm to grow flowers and pretty good feeling. That's what it means to work for the soul.
