How to start?

In most cases, we lack the strength, which means that if we want to start something new, we need to save on something else.

Many of us spray our energy right and left. We never have a moment's peace. Always busy with something. In the morning, instead of accumulating strength, we drain it by watching TV. In transport, when we have a chance to catch our breath a little, we bury ourselves in a phone, tablet or book. Many consider themselves inactive, and yet they just do the wrong thing!

I can offer you one experiment. The next time you can't make up your mind, don't do anything. Nothing at all! You can not be distracted in any way and do something else, but simply immerse yourself in complete inaction (sleep is also an action). The only thing you can do is what you can't decide to do.

Let's say you're afraid to make an important call. Good. Give yourself as much time as you need. But you can't do anything else. I wonder how long you can stand doing absolutely nothing?
