I do not remember the gas just turned off?... I also want a tan... Somehow it's cool here... Maybe stop at a cafe for lunch... Although there are waitresses rude... Where did those keys go?.. It seems a couple of minutes have already passed...". If you can keep track of your

thoughts, then, can control them, and do not allow your mind to control you.

It would seem that it could be easier than to realize such a simple fact, but this idea has not yet captured the whole society, and only a few of us have accepted it and completely changed their lives for the better. This topic interested me when I was a teenager. In an interesting book, I saw a phrase in italics, which is forever etched in my memory: "Optimist or pessimist – it is unlikely to affect the result. The only difference is that optimists have more fun." It was an Epiphany for me, and from that time on I began to change.

I tried not to waste my life on negative thoughts and tried to think about everything from a positive point of view. I have adopted the concept of the power of positive thinking. Smart words can change lives forever. You just need to realize your responsibility for your own thoughts and move to positive thinking. At first it is very difficult to give up the usual way of thinking. For many, this is a kind of mechanism of adaptation to real life: "on the weekend there will certainly be rain, which will spoil all the plans." "I won't pass this exam." "I can't get this job." "I'll never win the lottery." "She's definitely not gonna call me." The more you think in this way, the worse you feel, because feelings follow thoughts. If you slightly "reformulate" your thoughts, you will immediately notice positive results. Let's hope,

that the weather would be fine this weekend. "I will pass the exam, it's not for nothing that I prepared so much." "I have every chance to get this job." "I haven't been very lucky in the lotteries so far, but one day I'm going to win." "I think we like each other, it remains only that she called me." The actual side does not change, but the internal dialogue proceeds in a positive way, gracefully influencing thoughts and feelings. Everyone has friends who are in a good mood all the time, no matter what happens. Such people consciously changed their thoughts and began to relate to what is happening from a positive point of view. Pessimistic thoughts prevent you from acting, taking advantage of opportunities and realizing your dreams.

The main thing is to admit to yourself that sometimes you think negatively. The important thing to remember is that you are your thoughts, and they, in turn, determine your attitude to life. That's why the power of positive thinking can dramatically change your life for the better."
